With a new and fresh approach to selling property Latham has a proven track record that he has what it takes to be a highly successful salesperson. Latham has exceptional marketing, management and negotiation skills, completing a variety of courses and having lots of “hands on experience” in his younger years. His attention to detail and determination to deliver results are unparalleled.

Being born and raised in Palmerston North for most of his life, Latham has a sound knowledge of Palmerston North and wider Manawatu. Previous to starting in Real Estate as a PA for a highly successful agent learning the ropes, Latham made the move to Auckland at the age of 18 to learn and further his knowledge in Sales and Business.

After working in Auckland doing sales and marketing for a worldwide networking company for almost three years, the knowledge Latham gained has propelled him forward in Real Estate. Lathams’ exceptional sales, marketing and negotiation aptitudes put him above the rest and when the opportunity came for Latham to step into the challenging world of Real Estate in Palmerston North, he gratefully accepted.

His exceptional marketing skills are backed up when he won a Highly Commended award for his Multi-Media Marketing campaign from the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. A national award which put Latham in the Top 3 of Real Estate marketing specialists in New Zealand.
