Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a cheap and yummy fish n chips! Was there today and had their Fish of the day, fish was so fresh and the batter on it was just perfect, not greasy and super crunchy, my partner had their cheese burger and he like it a lot! The Asian lady who I assume would be the owner of the business, she’s really nice n friendly. Definitely will be back again!

This place has the best fish and chip/burgers etc style food that I’ve had by far. Really high quality food, everything is hot, fresh and yum! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always excited when the boyfriend brings food from this place home!Recommended dishesCrabstick

Tried Kumeu Fisheries for the first time and very impressed! Staff were very kind and knowledgeable on the fish they use and how it’s best cooked. The crumbed snapper was cooked perfectly, and the spring rolls which I think are homemade were delicious! I will definitely be back.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited 40 minutes for fish & chips. They ran out of fish. Ran out of potato fritters. When I finally got the food it was cold. Best advice… go to Blue Chip for takeaways, not these chumps

Unexpected delight! We listened to the locals and stopped in for lunch. Wow. Grilled fish, fries and chicken salt, ceviche raw snapper, fresh and fried oysters and old fashioned fish and chips were all part of our order. They have more on the menu that I want to try - I will be back! Kid-friendliness: While this is a take out fish and chip shop, they have two tables for dine-in. Parking: Free parking beside and behind the building. Dietary restrictions: I am gluten intolerant and they did not hesitate to prepare grilled fish for me. It was fresh, well seasoned and cooked perfectly.
