Story

Outside Cuisine has been operating for the past fifteen years, catering for events throughout the North Island. I bought the business in April 2008, and the past five years have been hugely successful. We have travelled, the country, served great food, met great people and won awards along the journey.

Outside Cuisine was built on a gap in the market where a healthy food option was often absent at large scale events. Our main point of difference and most popular option is the Venison Burger. The patties are preservative free, high in iron and low in fat. The other great appeal is our self help option with the burger options. Crowds love the fact they can build their own burger to cater to their own dietary requirements.
Beneath our ezi up sits a large custom made bar-b-q, so the crowds can watch their food being cooked.

We also offer gourmet sandwiches, hot melts, hot chips, the best home made carrot cake around, and cold drinks.

Due to the fact we are working with food in a mobile situation, we operate with staunch food health and safety principles in place.
