Krispy Kreme New Lynn

I really like hanging out here, they always have great hang-out music on, the store is bright and clean, the amenities are good quality. Most importantly every time I visit the staff work so hard and are friendly. It’s Krispy Kreme and I like their donuts but the bagel sandwiches are really good too. Plus, the best oat milk mocha I’ve had in town is here. They even have a drive-thru.

The donuts are always excellent but customer service is always their downfall. Every time we go in, the staff seem moody, miserable and appear to not want to be at work. They hurry you along when you're selecting your donuts and I feel like most of the energy + effort go into Uber eats orders rather than the customers that are actually there in person. They recently ran a promo where you get a free glazed donut, the line was all the way outside the building and yet not one staff member mentioned that the promotion was over as they had met their quota, they in fact let you finish your order, pay for it and then break the news. You could tell everyone was peed off walking out. Some customer service training would do this store wonders.

Just bought some donuts and the staff was very helpful. I 4got to ask his name. He was very polite and helpful and nice. He didn't hurry me to choose what I wanted. I'm from Napier. I'm coming back soon 4 some more.

This is literally my favourite I highly recommend them they are so friendly and the make delicious doughnuts

I ordered an Iced Mocha Milkshake with a scoop of an ice cream... I just have to say....Please ... Please don't make milkshakes if you don't know how to... Now the scoop of that ice cream is floating on the top ...you know like what... It will not melt any sooner because it has ice cube and the milkshake is very well chilled but I don't know what to do with the scoop of that ice cream... My life is a scoop now
