- 15 year old sourdough starter loved and used to provide a great taste to our sourdoughs

- No processed white sugar. (except confectioners sugar)
- Natural vegetable/fruit food colouring, and sprinkles.
- Only organic milk and cream

- We always use organic milk and sour cream for our pastry
- Strong relationship with Clarks Organic Butchers as our preferred meat supplier
- Always Free Range eggs
- Seasonal produce, buying New Zealand produce, and changing with the seasons
- Organic, free range or preservative, chemical free meat always sourced
