Having represented New Zealand in sport for over 10 years and being the Trainer of the New Zealand White Sox (Women's Softball Team), I understand the challenges and demands of fitting exercise around busy schedules. In conjunction with this, I also have a Bachelor in Applied Science, specialising in Exercise Prescription (Personal Training), with a graduate diploma in Strengthening & Conditioning + Performance Analysis, so am specialised in producing & customising programmes for teams/individuals with all health/fitness demands.
When I founded KCPTNZ, I was inspired to create a training environment that embraced a community spirit, so when you sign up for one of my programmes/bootcamps - you become part of a community of fellow boot campers, 1 on 1 trainees that will support each other throughout their journey/mission to push themselves. There is one mission within our training sessions and that is....we are destined to have fun, I will challenge you & you will curse at me :) (I wouldn't expect anything less).
I have a fantastic crew of KCPTNZ clients/followers & my Facebook page will advise of all upcoming events & it's where I'll post regular exercise tips and hints for you as you go about your day, so there will always be something dynamic for you to do be it in the privacy of your own home, in a 1 on 1 sessions or boot camps.
