Albany’s Khun Pun a contemporary Thai treat.
Khun Pun has the appearance of a stylish Euro brasserie- rich timber floors, white walls, contemporary artworks, high ceilings and bi-fold windows,if you wish, can be opened so you can enjoy the open air. At Khun Phun, you will feel the lovely ambience. You will be fully taken care of by our team that will impress you and your guests.We would like you to come and experience the wonderful taste of Thai food. There are many choices, whether you are a Seafood Lover, Vegetarian or Gluten Intolerance, we can cater for your needs. Louis (Our Head Chef), has more than 20 years of experience in Thai Cuisine, he can match your requirements with the amazing flavours. Do drop in for a chat with our Team and organize your function soon. There are plenty of free and safe parking spaces.

We are open from Monday to Friday for lunch from 11.30am-2.30pm and 7 nights from 5.30pm till late for dinner.

Nice service, most of the food are tasty. BUT I have to say I am very worried about the undercooked scallop. The first one I had was cold on one side and warm on the other side, the second one is warm But raw and soft inside. I am not sure they are fresh or frozen, But I am pretty sure that it should not taste like that.
I can't believe I never tried tried this place before. Its one of the best thai food I've had. The taste and quality was top class and the ambience is very cool. Its perfect for a date night as well. Will definitely go back.
Consistently a great experience. I dine here often and every time, the food is tasty and freshly prepared. The restaurant is very clean and well designed, with an inviting, warm aesthetic and sensible seating layout. Impressive wine list and drink menu, as well as daily specials. A la carte menu style but still reasonably priced for the portions and quality of food. Try the Garlic and Pepper Scallops main — it’s a personal favorite. I also really enjoy the Chicken Satay entree. I will definitely be back.
Yet another delicious dinner at our favourite Thai Restaurant. There were 8 people in our party and Everything was perfect. Service was fabulous, food as always was the best. Thanks so much for serving the cake so beautifully, we really appreciated that. Will be back again soon.
Absolute delight in the mouth. The highlight was the pad thai Overall great experience. Service was great with the ladies. Super friendly and accommodating. Just one critique, is that the first staff that went to our table, he wasn’t really interested in explaining the menu when asked. Would watch out for that. Other than that, great!

Khun Pun Thai restaurant is truly a top tier restaurant. My partner and I discovered them about 6 months ago and we make sure we go at least once a month. The service is kind and prompt, the flavour incredible and the portion sizes unrivaled. The only thing Khun Pun fails to do is disappoint.
Always amazing food but unfortunately the gave me sweet and sour chicken when I asked for spicy chicken. We ordered dinner for 8 people and they didn’t label any of the boxes so we had no idea which ones were spicy
Food is authentic, ambience is homely and staff are just lovely. Khun Pun is by far the best Thai restaurant in the area. We started off with the Mixed Entree and loved it all, especially the satay skewer. It was a great start to the meal. I couldn't decide my favourite dish as both the Sizzling Curry and Pad Kee Mao were just packed full of flavour and so tasty. Portion sizes were good too, we left super full!
