Came in for a kai today and walked out happy as. The food was absolutely lovely. Everything was fresh hot & delicious. Well done Whakatane. 10/10
It is a good place for chicken. You can eat there or take it home. The food comes fast. Customer service was okay. The place is busy sometimes. Parking is outside.
Was really busy when we stopped in for dinner. We waited quite a while, and staff obviously felt busy as we stood at the counter, wanting to ask for a cloth to clean our table all of them were dirtybut noone stopped to serve or ask what we needed despite seeing us. Store is small so on busy nights there's a bit of congestion in the doorway. Food was hot and good, would recommend someone checking tables and floor regularly when its busy :
amazing chippies, fast service and the sweetest staff. was told by one staff member that previous customers had been rude due to a shortage of food items available which was crazy to me because she was still very kind after having to deal with unpleasant people. everybody please remember to respect and take care of the people that make our kai for us!!
