Did an order on line for pickup at 6.11pm . Got there and still had to wait 30 +more minutes for my order ..people who had order on line after me were getting there's.. I ordered chicken, chips,potatoe and gravy and 2 buns..no sorry it took so long .. I ask where were the buns were told they are in the box with the 5 chickens.. left shop and then check it and no buns... went back in and was treated as if I was lying but gave me to buns ... this store is a ABSOLUTE JOKE.
I've been taking my family here for years now and i couldn't help but give a small review. The food is nice and tasty, the service is AWSOME and atmospher is amazing. They can get a little too packed sometimes but hey, it's a small place. They take there time with the food wich is why it taste so good. I went in with my family today and found out that they ran out of chips, but made it up to us by giving more chicken. Now that's what you call caring for the customers. Everythings perfect here
Customer service krikeys smile you're on candid camera wow!! And there was only 1 clean table wow!! A worker attempted to cle supposed to clean but obviously has no training on cleaning down tables because from what we seen was just a pathetic attempt and missed the the other 4 tables that needed cleaning didn't even clean the floor or empty the rubbish bins that were over flowing, whoever hires these young ones needs to be fired as far as I'm concerned the workers stand around talking loud enough for customers to hear their business, poor training could be there only saving grace. The whole outfit needs sacking!!! You are only as good as your teacher, they obviously haven't been taught!! And why did we stay you will be asking well my moko and I were spending quality time together as I don't live here and she has just moved to Auckland starting her new journey and KFC is our favorite.

Very ordinary! The chips vvere soggy and old. The chicken not good. The girl at the serving counter did not smile at me. She vvas openly hostile, like I had done something vvrong. Looking at the other revievvs it appears most other people have experienced such services. They need to shake things up by the looks of it or this franchise'll go even further under.. Definitely never to return again.
