KFC Thames

I was there Friday lunchtime. Placed order on machine. After waiting 45 min for food and numerous people went ahead of me I asked if my order was lost. The girl checked the computer and then ignored me for about another 15min. I then asked to see the manager, she came and said what order. I showed the buzzer and I could see they were totally confused. I showed the receipt on my bank, the store was still confused and asked what I ordered. I told them and they got it eventually, i was treated as if i was trying to scam a meal. It was only a 3 piece pack, I got to the car and discovered most of it was missing.nnJust give up.

Totally disappointed today, I had the wicked deal for $9.99, chips were half cold and looked like they were reheated from yesterday, potato and gravy was watery and pale, chicken was over done and dry. Enjoyed the bun though!!! My husband had 3 piece meal, his chips were cold, chicken was dry and he couldn’t taste any of the secret 11 herbs and spices…. Just PLAIN chicken…. His potato and gravy was watery too and tasteless….happy with the service, there was only one other person in there on a computer, so service was quick but food was TOTAL CRAP

Traveled through Thames ans stopped in for lunch via drive through, the food was amazingly fresh and perfect, I wish I had more when we left.nnOn our way back to Auckland, stopped in again but ordered inside, and Robin provided outstanding service and looked like he treated his staff well.

Stopped in twice first time was okay 2nd time the food was dry you could tell it had been sitting in warmers for ages. But what was actually gross was the walker that went to the toilet and then didnt wash her hands and went back to serving food yoir in the food industry come on man

Dry food, packaging would have been more enjoyable to eat, unfriendly staff, very slow to get served, threw most of the bucket meal in the bin. Contacted Head Office with complaint. Avoid at all costs
