KFC Thames

My husband and I enjoyed our lunch at KFC Thames on 19/5/2025.nnI love their chicken wings while my husband love their mashed potatoes and French fries.nnWe highly recommend you to have lunch there if you happen to visit Thames.

Today, Wednesday was very good chicken. My wife head a coughing fit. One of the ladies there came over with a cup of water. Thank you. A very enjoyable meal.

Honestly, it’s really hard to tell if this place is open or closed around 8:15 pm. All the chairs are already on the tables, and it looks like they’ve shut for the night not a good look for customersnI went inside and there was no one at the counter or waiting area. After standing there for a few minutes I gave up and went to the drive-through instead. The burger I got was not packed properly and even though I paid extra for cheese, there wasn’t even a single slice in it ..completely missing.nI also upsized my combo, but the chips box was not full at all. It looked like a regular size portion definitely not worth the extra money.nNot acceptable service. If you’re open act like it. And if you charge for extras make sure customers actually get them.

I don't know whats happened but there has been a major upgrade on the food, the service and the tidiness of the place. Food was nice and hot, and the young fulla who served me was polite and just so On. Will be making it a weekly again

I’m on a world tour of New Zealand trying to taste every KFC in the country and I’ve been here many times but my last visit was something magnificent. That boneless Box meal was perfect the chicken was cooked absolutely perfect the chips were pretty good the bread roll was nice and hot and fresh and the potato and gravy had a nice ratio of gravy to potato.nnSterling ArnetnKakapo business sales
