KFC Thames

Order sat on the bench for atleast 5 other orders while the young girl walked around like she hated her job. When we got the order we said that orders been sitting there for over 10minutes and she said no it didn’t. I had to get you fresh chips… I literally watched her scrap the bottom of the chip bucket out and then take 5mins just to mope over to get the potato and gravy for the order. KFC has declined, coleslaw was once lovely, now too sweet and sickly.nnAll the chicken is dry except the thigh.nnIn a 10 piece we had 1 thigh.nWhy are breasts always dry?nnMy 15 year old daughter wanted to go there for her birthday.nI didn't like it, but said nothing, didn't want to put a damper on her day.nnPlease go back to how Kentucky Fried Chicken was.nnI loved it for years , from 1970 , I think, at the 2nd KFC shop on NZ , Panmure.

Bought dinner tonight. Drive back home ordered PLU427 and some other stuff. From the PLU427 burger is missing. It’s not first time. Chips covering with way too much salt and potato and gravy gravy didn’t mix well and got chunks of hard parts. I do not recommend Thames kfc at all.

My husband and I enjoyed our lunch at KFC Thames on 19/5/2025.nnI love their chicken wings while my husband love their mashed potatoes and French fries.nnWe highly recommend you to have lunch there if you happen to visit Thames.

We were served by a cashier who's name on the receipt was Robinhood. The best customer service I've had in a long time. Polite, friendly, and although he was very busy, he still greeted us with a warm welcome. He really appears to enjoy his job and is of great value to your team. Make sure you hold on to him.
