KFC Thames

Order sat on the bench for atleast 5 other orders while the young girl walked around like she hated her job. When we got the order we said that orders been sitting there for over 10minutes and she said no it didn’t. I had to get you fresh chips… I literally watched her scrap the bottom of the chip bucket out and then take 5mins just to mope over to get the potato and gravy for the order. We were served by a cashier who's name on the receipt was Robinhood. The best customer service I've had in a long time. Polite, friendly, and although he was very busy, he still greeted us with a warm welcome. He really appears to enjoy his job and is of great value to your team. Make sure you hold on to him.

Terrible, over 45min wait!!! The main reason we went was because it was 8pm at night and so we wanted a quick bite to eat. 8:50 we finally got our food. We regreted not cooking dinner our selves, it would have been quicker.nFrustraing when the whole time you could see the drive thru moving quickly.nAfter all that the chips were soggy and cold as they had been sitting waiting for the chicken to cook.

My husband and I enjoyed our lunch at KFC Thames on 19/5/2025.nnI love their chicken wings while my husband love their mashed potatoes and French fries.nnWe highly recommend you to have lunch there if you happen to visit Thames.

Open meals when arrived home and boxes were soggy, chicken was falling apart, little to no chips in box, missing items after paying. This was two three piece deluxe quarter packs, and wicked wings. Wicked wings were missing. You’re paying a lot for a meal hoping to have good food. Very disappointed. Tried to call kfc Thames and phone line is disconnected as well. Do not recommend coming to KFC Thames.
