Regularly gets orders wrong.n1 star review is because they don't seem to care.n4 carparks so normally out of spaces.

I’m on a world tour of New Zealand trying to taste every KFC in the country and I’ve been here many times but my last visit was something magnificent. That boneless Box meal was perfect the chicken was cooked absolutely perfect the chips were pretty good the bread roll was nice and hot and fresh and the potato and gravy had a nice ratio of gravy to potato.nnSterling ArnetnKakapo business sales

I wish the KFC headquarters read all these comments for Thames KFC and acts fast for their hopeless service especially the Indian guy “manager” your customer service needs the highest quality of improvement. Firstly you need to higher more staff, “out of hot and spicy” when you know well that currently everyone is going for hot n spicy as this is the only season where KFC brings in their so call “Hot n spicy”so you and your cook need to stock up, if your cook went for lunch and there is no one to cook so please put a closed sign on the door, secondly this place requires some serious housekeeping table, toilets, toddler seat, all dirty,,, brooms, mops left around the front counter at last when you go to order there are no plates available asked the guy don’t you check your stock and order them I mean how we going to eat..the so call manager replied the plate boxes are free and if we don’t have them we don’t bother I had a toddler and infant with me how can I feed them out from the bucket. KFC you need to walk in this store and train especially this guy manager without a name badge how to be professional and deal with his customers. Poor pathetic service.

Waited in line for 15 minutes and got completely ignored by every staff member. I asked to place an order and they didn’t even acknowledge me. Disgusting customer service ended up walking out

The worst KFC we have ever experienced in NZ!nnWould like to describe in few words:n-Soggy Zinger and Chickenn-Stale fries.n-Mixing orders.n-No straws or paper cups.n-Confused staff.n-No management.nnMy 2 cents:nDon't go to this branch unless you have nowhere to feed yourself in the town!
