KFC Takapuna

The KFC was very delicious. Nice and fresh fried chickens. Awesome customer service. Wasn’t busy when we went there. You can eat downstairs or upstairs. Sink for washing hand after eating. Toilet there. Sometimes very hard to find parking…

They completely messed up our order, and we had no way of calling them to tell them. The app could not provide immediate contact information and they were not answering their phone from the number that is online. We ended up just eating what we were given. We got 6 pieces of chicken instead of 8, and two large potato and gravies and a small coleslaw instead of one large potato and gravy and one large coleslaw. Also they only sent us one chips instead of 2. We expect better from KFC.

The food was nice. Very busy, KFC . Very hot upstairs. Looks like they painted new.

Absolutely appalling behaviour from your staff member that was in the drive, sounded like she didn’t even want to be there. She also didn’t even tell us what they had left until we had ordered. We then got to the window for them to tell us they couldn’t do our meal. It’s just a crappy kfc considering it’s a busy weekend with concerts happening and also the sail GP. Absolutely no food left only nuggets and popcorn chicken. Won’t be going back there again.

I just found a piece of sharp hard plastic in the coleslaw note this is not a broken piece of the coleslaw or potato gravy. I'm trying to call but no one is answering. What the hell..my wife nearly chewed on it. I will be expecting a call from the management before I proceed further. Be carefully everyone and check your meal properly.
