KFC Rotorua

Maybe the dirtiest KFC I have ever been in. I would say roughly half of the orders I saw get picked up, the person returned due to an error... all the tables were dirty... the only positive was the food tasted good and I didn't get sick.

The service of this place, the food, the people and the atmosphere is the most disgusting place you could dine in NZ this KFC is an absolute shame to its name the staff here do not deserve the jobs they have they are filthy worded, clothed disrespectfully, unhygienic and just in general filthy animals it’s a ZOO!! This place shouldn’t even be operating, first I received my bun in a plastic bag? And second I get more salt than chips when told I wanted my order replaced someone needs to end this franchise before they do it themselves I WOULDNT EVEN RATE THIS PLACE 1 STAR

At 11.00am I went into KFCnI was spoken to so rudely by a senior staff member who talked down to me like trash once then twice.nSeeing my meal was prepared and I was waiting to collect spitefully opened the box and removed the good sized chicken pieces and replaced them with skin and bonenThen half the fries in the box where removed and I ended up with about half a dozen to 8 small friesnShe looked at me making sure I watched what she was doingnThis was a wicked pack afterwards I went to another takeaway as I was so hungrynDissapointed and surprised that a complete stranger I didnt know would treat me a customer this way. If they want to deny this they can check the security camerasnWhat a petty and spiteful service totally meannServicenI will never return there, there are better healthier options I would rather use than this KFC disgusted customer

The worst KFC Rotorua. The staff don't have the decency to talk to customers. The tables dirty, we had to wait for over an hour for 6 orders. To top it, the staff threw the food at the customer and abused the customer.nnStaff had no manners . Shame ..such a shame.nnSuch a shame to see this in beautiful Rotorua.

It was bedlam in the store. I had a 40min wait which I would've been happy for if the food was nice. The chips were old, and although the chicken was hot, it was that greasy the skin slipped straight off. It was absolutely disgusting. The 1.5L drinks had run out so I asked for an extra fries. I was traveling another hour and didn't want to try 4 cups of fizzy in a holder. The fries came in a small box and were half the amount they should be. I didn't know until I was already heading out of the city and simply could not fathom going back and trying again. Not at any point did any of us in the store get informed of a wait time or food shortages. Very poorly handled.nTokoroa KFC is still the best in the country. Maybe this team should visit for an indepth training session.
