KFC Rotorua

Rounding up my KFC world tour is Rotorua and considering the time of night that I came the service and the drive-through was super slow but the food was absolutely awesome I was a little bit upset that they did didn’t have my wicked wings but the boneless Box sufficed.nnSterling ArnernKakapo Business Sales

What a shame. We bought a bucket of wings and thought we would enjoy it but when we open the box to eat, it looked horrible. Overly cooked and soggy, and we went to return it back to the store and told a staff about it and she just looked at it and replaced with other bucket and didn’t even apologise for the serving that sort of kfc that worth $50 and the other chicken was bit better looking but the taste of it wasn’t good either. Very chewy and the whole experience was horrible. I wouldn’t return back here. I think they don’t deserve 1 star either.

Delivery order on the website:nnI ordered on the website for a delivery and after payment I noticed it had booked the delivery for the next day a whole 24hrs ahead of time. I went back on the website to place another order to see why it set it for the next day and, it seems there is a cut off time for delivery because I could only place my order for the next day. I had placed my original order at 9pm and it doesn’t close till 11pm so my assumption was that my delivery could still be crossed but I suppose not.nnI then went into the store simply asking if I could then push forward my order and have it made now instead of the next day and staff were hesitant to do so afraid I’d try scam food out of them the next day. Rather annoying since it was the website that made me order for the next day and I had no clue there was a cut off time. And eventually after I had gotten my food they had forgotten items from my order.nnThis was quite an annoying situation and even worse that food items were missed out from my order.

Maybe the dirtiest KFC I have ever been in. I would say roughly half of the orders I saw get picked up, the person returned due to an error... all the tables were dirty... the only positive was the food tasted good and I didn't get sick.

The service of this place, the food, the people and the atmosphere is the most disgusting place you could dine in NZ this KFC is an absolute shame to its name the staff here do not deserve the jobs they have they are filthy worded, clothed disrespectfully, unhygienic and just in general filthy animals it’s a ZOO!! This place shouldn’t even be operating, first I received my bun in a plastic bag? And second I get more salt than chips when told I wanted my order replaced someone needs to end this franchise before they do it themselves I WOULDNT EVEN RATE THIS PLACE 1 STAR
