Guys - fine enough service.nThe chicken was ok.nThe canned coke is cool, no worry of a flat coke that way.nThe fries were salted and decent.nnBut what’s up with these mashed potatoes? Both the gravy and the potatoes… Taste like flour, but worse.nLike artificial flour if I had to guess what that would taste like, something very odd and just very wrong going on there. Had to throw them all away lol, no idea how you mess up gravy or mashed potatoes this bad, but the recipe needs a complete overhaul.nAlso bring famous bowls here once you fix the potatoes and gravy, it’s the best thing KFC has to offer.

Third in class Food quality.nWe bought crispy chicken chilli salad and salad was not fresh chilli sauce was over loaded we bought fries which are full of salt .nI have been to Tahuna KFC, motueka KFC but Richmond KFC is complete disaster waste of money .nDon't go to spoil your Day
I don't normally expect much in the way of service at fast food restaurants, however your staff member Lilly was very polite and courteous. I'm sure most people would agree, the food tastes better when made with care. Definitely come back to your store!
Ok I wanted a quick lunch and yes it was served very quick, but it was disgusting, potato n gravy was like flour and water with no taste, and the chicken pieces I don't think you could get any smaller apart from still in the egg. Plus constant noise in the place Never again
