I hired the restaurant for my mum's 60th. I was very impressed by the ease of booking and being given the opportunity to have the day to set up decorations. Georgia was very helpful with the booking process and Chloe managed a group of 50 people so well. Thank you Armadillos for hosting us
We have just celebrated my mother’s 70th birthday at Armadillos, Georgia and the staff have made it so hassle free. From the first time I contacted Georgia at Armadillos, she made us feel at ease. The service was excellent & professional. All the staff were very polite & helpful, and all our guests were very impressed, and no one went home hungry, the finger food was well presented and extremely delicious. We contacted so many venues around the Nelson/Richmond area for this special event and I would have to say, I would highly recommend Armadillos in Richmond for your next event. I ordered a steak meal the meat was really chewy it was like the had chased the cattlebeast around the paddock for a while as adrenaline runs through their bodies when they are upset this ruins the meat.nWe won't be going back.nStaff were really friendly.
We had booked here as part of winter tournament week with a sports team. We went twice on a set menu, and then again for our annual awards evening. They gave us a seperate space which meant we were not annoying other patrons. The service we recevied from Chloe every night was outstanding.
Good food, good service. Armadillos have weekday specials like Spare Ribs Wednesdays which is when we go. $20 for a decent feed if ribs and fries.
