I thought KFC standard throughout the globe is equal. As they are a franchise all over the world we expect some consistency. Last time we ordered a bucket we got chicken with no crumbs and soggy too.nnHope this helps improve the consistency.
Our flight from Chch - Auckland was cancelled and we needed lunch ASAP for a Rugby team of 21 boys + families. We placed a large catering order and collected it 45mins after placing the order. The team at KFC Rangiora not only fulfilled our order on such short notice but also supplied us with everything we needed and threw in some freebies and buckets hats for everyone. Service was exceptional and they even carried and loaded the car for us. We can't thank you all enough, food was amazing and our boys are over the moon with their bucket hats. Thank you so much!
Bought 2pc quarter pack, requested the lady to swipe potato gravy with coleslaw. When I checked box, its was not done so I asked to swipe again.nChicken was almost expired, Seems like it was cooked 24 hours ago .
Always great positive staff, Food so fast from order to serve, it's what fast food used to be.. well done staff and management.
Well never knew KFC sells chicken boiled in oil. No crust, no crunch just pure flavourless super dry boiled chicken.. also they ran out of practically everything in the menu when we arrived.
