Food was good, tasty and fresh and couldn't fault anything with that. Restaurant and bathrooms however were filthy. I went in for a late lunch around 2pm and clearly no one had bothered to clear or wipe tables all day as every table had rubbish on or around them. Rubbish bins were overflowing. The whole restaurant in general felt dirty and cold. Not a pleasant environment to eat lunch in, but overall it was just 'OK'
We purchased a meal for my toddler my partner and I that cost us $65. My partner is pregnant and we specifically asked that the food be made fresh as for the health of our baby that needs to be the food was prepared within two minutes we drove home which took us about five minutes and when we got home the food was stale. The buns on the burger were stale. The patties were lukewarm and the chicken was also lukewarm and stale. I called them back up and upon talking to the manager. He offered me $10 for my $65 meal if I drove back across town to collect it. I told him that’s not good enough and I’m very pissed off because My partner can get very sick from this. He even hung up on the phone and then turned his phone off so I couldn’t call them back. Disgusting service. Do not recommend this disgrace of a KFC.
Its hard to believe what i once referred to as such a great example of a kfc franchise, has gone so far backwards. The service sucked, I waited aaages, none of us ate our chips either because they were so under cooked.nBK rangiora starting to look pretty good going forward
10 piece original bucket….does not equal 6 small drums and 4 very average greasy pieces…not impressed and asked prior to leaving if it wasn’t just drums and wings.nThe guy who packed said no it’s a good mix.well it wasn’t.nNot the usual good service or quality delivered in the past.Had we lived closer and not north Canterbury I would have returned it.Therefore a review is required
Went in around 2pm so place was pretty empty. Fast food hot and fresh. Guy serving us is a legend. Cheers for the hospitality team.
