Food was good, tasty and fresh and couldn't fault anything with that. Restaurant and bathrooms however were filthy. I went in for a late lunch around 2pm and clearly no one had bothered to clear or wipe tables all day as every table had rubbish on or around them. Rubbish bins were overflowing. The whole restaurant in general felt dirty and cold. Not a pleasant environment to eat lunch in, but overall it was just 'OK'
10 piece original bucket….does not equal 6 small drums and 4 very average greasy pieces…not impressed and asked prior to leaving if it wasn’t just drums and wings.nThe guy who packed said no it’s a good mix.well it wasn’t.nNot the usual good service or quality delivered in the past.Had we lived closer and not north Canterbury I would have returned it.Therefore a review is required
This place is such a vibe, I feel like people are missing out on the customer service and the food aswell, simply delicious, I was served by one of the managers, misch, she was just lovely, I will definitely reccomend coming back to this kfc
Went in around 2pm so place was pretty empty. Fast food hot and fresh. Guy serving us is a legend. Cheers for the hospitality team.
Great experience here. Went through the drive through and the young fella on the mic and at the window was friendly and professional. He was quite busy but didnt let that change his customer service. Shame I didnt catch his name, or id suggest a payrise.
