Its hard to believe what i once referred to as such a great example of a kfc franchise, has gone so far backwards. The service sucked, I waited aaages, none of us ate our chips either because they were so under cooked.nBK rangiora starting to look pretty good going forward
Service was great but got home and my order was in complete. Did not want to go back for what was missed once I got home. The staff were very busy and there was food all over the floor behind the counter. Management need to step up and support and direct their staff. This is what is expected for our community, leadership and direction is important for our young people to learn and thrive. This is not the first time that I have not had a good experience but the first time I have left a review because it happens often.
10 piece original bucket….does not equal 6 small drums and 4 very average greasy pieces…not impressed and asked prior to leaving if it wasn’t just drums and wings.nThe guy who packed said no it’s a good mix.well it wasn’t.nNot the usual good service or quality delivered in the past.Had we lived closer and not north Canterbury I would have returned it.Therefore a review is required
We purchased a meal for my toddler my partner and I that cost us $65. My partner is pregnant and we specifically asked that the food be made fresh as for the health of our baby that needs to be the food was prepared within two minutes we drove home which took us about five minutes and when we got home the food was stale. The buns on the burger were stale. The patties were lukewarm and the chicken was also lukewarm and stale. I called them back up and upon talking to the manager. He offered me $10 for my $65 meal if I drove back across town to collect it. I told him that’s not good enough and I’m very pissed off because My partner can get very sick from this. He even hung up on the phone and then turned his phone off so I couldn’t call them back. Disgusting service. Do not recommend this disgrace of a KFC.
Pulled up to the ordering screens, I asked for a minute to work out what I wanted. The woman’s like ok. Then when I went to place my order she yelled that she was no ready and that I needed to wait. So I waited. Made my order asked for extra salt on my chips, she was like ok. I pulled forward to get my food and pay. I paid and she slapped the window. So I waited a bit longer for my food was give it my a man who just basically threw it at me. I opened the bag and looked at the chip before I left the drive though. They were stone cold and definitely did not put extra salt on them. So I sat in the drive through for another 2 min trying to get their attention even though they were standing right there. I ended up tooting my horn to get their attention. The woman then came to the window,nI told her that my chips were cold and did not have seasoning. She snatched the chips out of my hand, and told me that they were hot where definitely not then proceeded to give me the same chip back. She just put more salt on. But this time it was way too much she would have put like 6 tablespoons on. Photo attached below of the chips at the bottom of the box.
