10 piece original bucket….does not equal 6 small drums and 4 very average greasy pieces…not impressed and asked prior to leaving if it wasn’t just drums and wings.nThe guy who packed said no it’s a good mix.well it wasn’t.nNot the usual good service or quality delivered in the past.Had we lived closer and not north Canterbury I would have returned it.Therefore a review is required
4 days for the last 3 weeks in a row I have tried to get a meal that I have actually wanted, and have been met with sorry we have run out. Its basic stuff its not like it's a one off busy night its all the time now met with sorry no chicken! Its a KFC its literally in the name but yet there is no chicken to be eaten here.
Ratshit again. Hate giving in to shopping here as its always been the same. Got told off once by a staff member for complaining about a bug in our lettuce yet keep giving in as every other kfc seems to be great. Dispite ordering what was required no mayo. No lettuce. No coleslaw for a diner no care was taken at all, so our diner with specific requests has missed dinner . We live over half a hour away not worth the trip back. Dont waste your time or money . Cant reach via phone
Literally the worst kfc I have ever been to. Terrible service and always have a problem with the food. May aswell get rid of the drive thru as I have to go in to complain anyway. Can’t be that hard to fill someones chips the whole way like they’ve paid for surely??? Young girl ignored us twice when trying to get her attention. Left unsatisfied. Reviews say it all :
I thought KFC standard throughout the globe is equal. As they are a franchise all over the world we expect some consistency. Last time we ordered a bucket we got chicken with no crumbs and soggy too.nnHope this helps improve the consistency.
