The service was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping, and the overall experience felt unwelcoming. I hope the management can improve customer care.
Had to wait nearly 25 minutes for chicken tonight as there seemed to be a problem in the kitchen. Harlem, the young lady at the counter, was excellent! She maintained a cool, calm collective presence, and she communicated with all of her customers that there would be a delay. The only thing that let it down was there was no foresight in the continuation of supply and demand. I was a little surprised as this was peak time at dinner.
Ordered a bucket, asked for no thighs, I saw the girl at the counter put that request in. I got home it had 3 thighs, no drumsticks and 7 of those little pieces.nOh and its supposed to be 11 herbs and spices, how can that happen when there is no bloody skin on it.
Devastated. Due to a power cut we decided to have a bit of a treat before Christmas and have KFC for dinner. We headed in from Awhitu, a 45 minute drive for us, went through the drive thru to order our food, a zinger box and a tower burger ultimate burger meal. Arrived home and sat down to eat and discovered the tower burger had not been put in. With nothing else on hand and a hour and a half return trip to retrieve the burger I was left with just a sad piece of chicken and chips for dinner . Such a disappointment , having worked in fast food myself I know how simple and easy it is to follow the order and ensure all items are placed in the bag. I realise we won’t even receive the money back for the misplaced item and at $50 for the dinner it’s really crap.
I ordered at 4pm on the KFC website for delivery at 5pm, didn't get the food until 6:30pm. I called and asked where my delivery was did I mention nobody from the store called me to tell me it would be late and was essentially told that it wasn't their problem as they don't control the drivers. Don't take the order if you can't deliver on time, simple really.nUseless.
