The service was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping, and the overall experience felt unwelcoming. I hope the management can improve customer care.
Paid nearly $40.00 for a dinner for two and after a long drive home found we had the wrong order and only 4 tiny spiced wings plus super salty chips etc. Off course one phone number on the internet doesn't exist and the other goes unanswered. I could understand the mix up if it was busy. It wasn't. If someone had answered the phone I would feel less ripped off. But no. Just don't bother. A once a year treat just isn't worth the disappointment.
If there was an option to select ZERO stars that would be more accurate. Arrived 2 hours prior to closure and told only 20 wicked wings were available for purchase & can’t cook more. USELESS lazy staff getting paid sleeping on the job. Don’t bother going - waste of time and space. Build another store on that slot and the community would benefit
Had to wait nearly 25 minutes for chicken tonight as there seemed to be a problem in the kitchen. Harlem, the young lady at the counter, was excellent! She maintained a cool, calm collective presence, and she communicated with all of her customers that there would be a delay. The only thing that let it down was there was no foresight in the continuation of supply and demand. I was a little surprised as this was peak time at dinner.
