We ordered a bucket. There was no chicken, so they had to cook it fresh, took about 30 minutes.nThen they forgot our potato and gravy.nNow, I wouldn't have minded so much about waiting for the chicken but you'd think that if it was done fresh it should be a nice golden colour with crispy skin.nWe did not get that at all.nSome parts didn't have skin at all, and the photos do it justice. The real thing was much worsenDISGUSTING!!
The service was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping, and the overall experience felt unwelcoming. I hope the management can improve customer care.
Paid nearly $40.00 for a dinner for two and after a long drive home found we had the wrong order and only 4 tiny spiced wings plus super salty chips etc. Off course one phone number on the internet doesn't exist and the other goes unanswered. I could understand the mix up if it was busy. It wasn't. If someone had answered the phone I would feel less ripped off. But no. Just don't bother. A once a year treat just isn't worth the disappointment.
Customer service was shocking, the deluxe 3 piece was 3 shrivelled overcooked wing & leg and warm fricken chips. Getting worse Pukekohe
They forgot a whole 3 piece quarter pack as part of my order. I live in Waiau Pa so it's too far for me to drive back. There's no phone number to call them... How can you forget an entire combo from a family's order? So disappointed that's put me off KFC altogether
