I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to KFC Pukekohe. I ordered a bucket of chicken and was impressed by how quickly they prepared my order within just 60 seconds. The fries were hot and crispy, and the service was efficient and friendly. Compared to other fast-food places in Pukekohe, KFC stands out for its fast-paced service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
The service needs to be reviewed. Management was an Indian lady who would not let me finish speaking, continuously shouting and repeating herself, when I was only trying to ask a question. Lacks skills to be a leader and a compassionate manager.
I've visited twice, once on a busy night and the other during a quiet day. Both times the chicken was juicy and order was perfect. Far superior compared to my local KFC.
Went through Pukekohe KFC drive thru on Wednesday 31st July 2024. Made an order totaling $198 only to be told we weren't allowed any paper plates or cutlery because they are apparently for dine in customers only. Confused, I ask to speak with a manager. Sure enough the rude female duty manager on shift confirmed this absolutely ridiculous excuse.nnDo better Pukekohe!!! It shouldn't matter whether a customer is spending $5 or $198 basic utensils need to be supplied!nnShout out to the beautiful young Māori girl on shift who chose to defy her manager and supply us with what we needed.
Our drive-thru experience today was outstanding, thanks to William's exceptional service. Despite our complex order, he greeted us warmly and remained incredibly accommodating throughout. William's dedication ensured our order was perfect, going above and beyond to deliver outstanding service. Highly recommended!
