Been in the que for 45 minz with 6 cars to order then i ordered was told 5 minz but took me another 24 minz to reach the window ..though kFC was fast food place
Don’t know how our KFC tasted as some of the order missing, told by delivery company to contact branch, we would if the Pukekohe phone number was valid. Not good enough. Order for delivery service he was lovely and we had to go to store ourselves in the end. I get mistakes happen, but please sort out your phone. UPDATE - they redid order and the branch manager handled very professionally and food good, they looked like they were having a very bad day - thank you
Every time a woman has served myself and my family she has been very rude. We asked for our food to be double bagged as the last few times the bag has instantly ripped. The lady acknowledged our request and then when it was time to bag the food she looked back and with a snobby look went “I don’t need to double bag because I know what time doing and it’s never happened to me”. Never did we say it was her fault, we just preferred double bagged for protection. And every time we have grabbed the bag to leave the car it has ripped. I don’t know why someone needs to be stuck up about a bag but I think she needs a drink to loosen up :
The staff today were terrible, didn’t acknowledge myself and the other customers waiting in line, the female worker who FINALLY served me had an attitude when all I wanted to do was pick up an order which was placed 40mins prior to picking up and no one had started packing it almost an hour later forgetting to pack x2 Regular Chips. I’m not sure if they were just having a bad day today but extremely poor service from the male and female staff at the counter.
This is my local KFC that I used to go to on a regular basis. But not anymore.nnEverytime I go through the drive through, the staff forget something. Today, they missed a whole box of Wicked Wings. I had started to check my order, as they have forgotten things so often, but they waved me on due to the length of the queue.nnI'm down $18 bucks because of these guys and more besides that which I can't remember.nnAlways make sure to check they are actually giving you paid for!
