Don’t know how our KFC tasted as some of the order missing, told by delivery company to contact branch, we would if the Pukekohe phone number was valid. Not good enough. Order for delivery service he was lovely and we had to go to store ourselves in the end. I get mistakes happen, but please sort out your phone. UPDATE - they redid order and the branch manager handled very professionally and food good, they looked like they were having a very bad day - thank you
Pukekohe KFC’s Service is the worst service. Ordered Bucket of KFC through drive through, the French fries were not even half of the packet and they didn’t keep the invoice in the parcel to avoid negative feedback. Its a scam.
Not sure when KFC rebranded to “Kentucky Fried Carbs,” but hey, innovation is innovation. I came for that classic, juicy chicken and left with a vegetarian surprise. Delightful, really. If I wanted a hash brown sandwich, I would’ve gone to a breakfast diner at 7am, not KFC
Ordered online and of course forgot my burger, second time in a row now. This place needs a new manager, cant train staff to complete a simple order. My 14 year old brother could run that place better, what a joke.
I ordered online for in-store collection to save a bit of time and ended up waiting an extra 25 minutes longer than my collection time stated when the order was placed, which was a bit annoying but I do understand things get busy.nnHowever, when I got home, a 15 minute drive away, I discovered that MIL’s double down was missing. Tried to call the store but the phone line was disconnected perhaps due to the amount of complaints this store seems to get? drove back down to enquire about the missing double down, the woman manager? who I spoke to at first accused me of lying, then offered to “re-wrap” the probably cold by now double down which I refused.nnAfter dealing with some condescending attitude, I eventually got a fresh double down and some free fries for my efforts. No apologies for the original wait OR the mistake. Awful customer service, seems like she was just going through the motions. Would give a zero if I could, I wish KFC head office would do something about the terrible customer service here but based on these reviews it seems like they don’t gaf.
