Today 11/11/2025 around 12:10. First time try Burgerking, I ordered Cheese whopper for meal combo and chose Coke. 17$ and here is what I get:nI’m not sure I don't know if it's what I ordered and got bad attitude.
Just ordered now, ordered 6 burgers, two cheeseburgers, one the bomb burger, two double rodeo cheeseburger, one crispy chicken burger with no lettuce, 10 nuggets, box chips, 1.5l coke. Order number 871. Just drove all the way home. Only to realize we only received 7 nuggets, our coke, a box with barely any chips in it, two cheeseburgers, and a crispy chicken with lettuce. I would like a refund and will never be returning. My family is hungry and we had to wait very long for barely even half of the food we ordered.
I observed clear evidence of a worker preparing burgers without wearing gloves. I confronted the worker directly about this breach, yet he continued making two additional burgers. Despite my report, the front-of-house staff proceeded to bag and serve these burgers to drive-through customers.nThis conduct is a serious breach of Health & Safety standards and is non-compliant with the required hygiene protocols. I am formally requesting that the Corporate Office investigate this matter immediately to ensure corrective action is taken.
New chips just don't rate for me! Burger was average. Staff member I had was goodnManager obviously doesn't have any ability for manners though. Disappointed.
Haven't been to burger king Pukekohe in ages, they used to be really good. Now... Sloppy made burgers, ingredients missing, need to pick their standards up. Rather MacDonald's after that experience.
