I have to say the team are great, always friendly service, chips are always perfect, fast service, the team obviously know what they’re doing. Never forget things from my order. Now that McDonalds in Pukekohe is completely different and crap frankly, I only go to burgerking when I want burger and fries.
I love the food apart from the fries which are limp and cold more often than not. The restaurant is never clean, the tables are often not wiped and the floor around the drink machine is usually sticky. The ordering machines often leave us in total confusion, and we're not stupid, we can use the machines in all the other fast-food restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful though.
Don’t order online they don’t deliver. We ended up having to pick up order the manager did not understand that we paid Burger King and not a third party like uber. Perhaps some more training is required. To top it all my burger was cold cheers burger king Pukekohe.
I dont enjoy writing reviews like this but it must be said. My partner and I ordered through self service just bwfore lunchtime. We both ordered Hawaiian bk chicken combos. His was large, without pineapple, without lettuce, extra cheese and extra extra bacon. Mine was a standard combo. Both of ours came with no pineapple and mine came with no bacon. We also ordered nuggets and they forgot the sauce. The staff were not friendly and almost forgot my drink and I had to remind him to give me a straw. The dining area was in a reasonably tidy state but the toilets were not unfortunately.
This person with Purple hair served me. I complemented their hair and we had a lovely conversation about what they do. It must've lasted 30 + minutes because this rude man behind me wanting to order complained and made the poor soul cry. I feel so incredibly bad and wish the worst for that horrid man. Food was shit shoulve gon to maccas
