Chicken fine patty it was coldnTwister would have been nice if it was hot. Looks like it had been in a twister cause it was all out of shape.nWould it hurt the staff to smile and not sound so robotic no pulse no heart no love no care

Ordered through the KFC app and got delivery — what showed up wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Whole order was completely wrong. No care, no double-checking, just lazy. Waited over 40min for original order to arrive then another hour with a couple of phone calls to try find out eta of the stuff up to be resolved, i ended up having to drive to the restaurant to sort my order out, to the fella that help sorted the order 5star to you appreciate your work. But the rest absolute waste of time. If they can’t even get a basic order right, why bother offering delivery? Sort it out, KFC Kapiti Coast.

Food was so delicious and the keychain is adorable also with my meal they gave me a extra burger and chicken and when I went to return the extra stuff they let me keep it and I asked to swap the keychain and they agreed

KFC was awesome! I really enjoyed the wicked wings, each one was so finger-licking good. It's a shame the table was dirty where I ate, though. The service was pretty awesome which kind of brought the whole experience up. Still, those wings were amazing, I'd definitely get them again. Maybe I'll just get them to go next time. Hopefully, the cleanliness improves soon!

The Indian lady at the front counter was extremely rude. I ordered an OG Bucket and added $9 for the “any 2 sides” option. I said I wanted fries and a Coke, but she told me I couldn’t choose and that it had to be fries and a salad. I pointed out that the menu clearly says “any sides,” so why couldn’t I choose? She very rudely replied, “How would I know? Go ask the management yourself.” If it weren’t for the fact that the KCB next door wasn’t open, I definitely wouldn’t have come here to eat. She is clearly in need of retraining.
