food was amazing and service was spectacular a lady named Jamie had the brightest attitude.nnhowever when I went to the toilet the second I opened the door, I was greeted by a foul and horrendous odor.nnthis is absolutely unacceptable and I will not be using the bathrooms here ever again.nndo better KFC

I stopped and ordered two boxes of the three piece quarter pack.nWe were very disappointed.nHardly any chicken which was buried under dry batter.nAll gravy not much potato.nWill think twice before revisiting them..

Have used 3 different KFC outlets in the wellington region in the last 10 years. One the meal not only took over 30 minutes to be ready but was so salty after two bites I threw it out. The service was so poor I haven't visited that outlet since. At another the three peices of chicken two were the size of chicken nuggets. The third outlet left part of the order out which I didn't discover until I was home.nThese places have just gone to the pack and complaining about it to head office just gets you refered back to the problem outlet where the management has changed and the new management not only doesn't believe you but has a couldn't care less attitude about it.nMost disgusting fast food corporation in the country.

Stopped for a quick breakfast and lunch. The staff were very quick and got our orders ready in no time. The wrap was delicious.nWould love to be back here.

Went today for some food via drive through. Ordered some chips by themselves and asked for a extra sachet of salt. The middle aged female who's name im not sure of used a large salt Shaker and 6 times she added large amounts of salt making them impossible to eat. It looked like to me she took her frustrations out on the chips.nnThe premise of asking for a sachet of salt is so if they are under seasoned I can adjust to my liking which I'm happy to do . Maybe next time do the simple task of adding a extra sachet to the bag the order comes in instead of making food inedible. The cherry on top is this was all done with a stink attitude.nnI've never been served like that at any establishment.nnNext time instead of doing trips to Paraparaumu, I will be driving to Levin who have great service and I can trust to meet customer needs.
