Kapiti KFC get a lot of flack for being being bad, but today I came in with my family and it was busy food was coming out hot and the atmosphere was good, I ordered a 2 piece quarter pack and was pleased with everything. Chips were hot and drink was served cold.nnKeep up the hard work

Staff was confused or just didn’t want to work. served me cold fries, missed a part of my order which I checked luckily and on top they missed the drinks which I didn’t check till I got home. Horrible experience, train your staff better.

I've been critical of this KFC over the past few years, I came in today and the service was fantastic, the food was fast, the chicken was crispy and fresh, the fries were full, fresh and well salted, the burger wasn't a mess. What more can you ask for? is this place under new management or what?

Worst KFC ever, very nice burger and decent chips and mash+gravy or whatever but a poor verity of drinks compared to what all the stores around the country are supposed to sell and what gets advertised which is cups with larger verity’s of drinks then a can of sprite or coke or Fanta usually you can get LaP and Lift and all of that and they advertise all those drinks, The chocolate moose I got was frozen solid and so you couldn’t eat it and even when it defrosted a bit and you could eat it it still tasted like frozen cocoa powder and not like regular mooose. They also toke 35 mins to make the food and some people came in and out with there food and ordered after me and then me and a few others had my order skipped for people who ordered after us. Drive Thru looked very full and slow.The bread rolls we’re also very cold usually they’d be quite hot and nice but they were Lukewarm at best. Won’t come back here unless they get a proper drink machine and find a better way to store there moose other then a cold freezer
