Ordered online, ended up getting the wrong order knowing it's a busy time of day and year, this happens. The manager provided excellent resolution and service. Thank you for the professionalism and wonderful customer service.

Disappointing Experience with KFC - Missing Item and Poor Customer ServicennI'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at KFC. I purchased a boneless chicken bucket with a large potato and gravy, but when I got to the park 10km away, I discovered that my gravy was missing. I called KFC to report the issue, and they asked me to come back to collect it. I explained that I was already 10km away and wouldn't be returning, but they didn't seem to care.nnThe worst part is that they suggested I could get it next time I visit. As I'm not from around here, that's not going to happen. I paid for a meal and didn't receive it. We were supposed to have a family picnic with the kids, and it was a real letdown. The kids were looking forward to KFC, and it put a damper on the whole outing.nnWhat really gets me is that the store wasn't even busy when I picked up my order. It's clear that the team and management need to focus on work than taking. There's no excuse for missing a simple item like gravy.nnPoor service and a lack of attention to detail. Not impressed, KFC!nnRuined our family picnic with the kids. Not happy .

There is street food in Mumbai more elegant and palatable than whatever slop these people produce. Worst KFC in the southern hemisphere. The seating areas are absolutely disgusting too.

Ordered through the KFC app and got delivery — what showed up wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Whole order was completely wrong. No care, no double-checking, just lazy. Waited over 40min for original order to arrive then another hour with a couple of phone calls to try find out eta of the stuff up to be resolved, i ended up having to drive to the restaurant to sort my order out, to the fella that help sorted the order 5star to you appreciate your work. But the rest absolute waste of time. If they can’t even get a basic order right, why bother offering delivery? Sort it out, KFC Kapiti Coast.

Food was so delicious and the keychain is adorable also with my meal they gave me a extra burger and chicken and when I went to return the extra stuff they let me keep it and I asked to swap the keychain and they agreed
