Food was tasty and filling though not a whole lot on the burger.nRestaurant looks like it's seen better days/ looks sort of like an old fish and chip shop rather than what the picture suggests.nRecommend the honey soy burger.
Ordered $40 whole boneless chicken. Half dine in and half takeaway. Opened the takeaway box once got home. It looks like chicken popcorn.nAll tiny pieces. Never go there again
Korean Chicken in Paraparaumu. For this review: half and half boneless chicken with sweet and spicy, and honey soy sauces. The chicken were perfectly cooked. Crispy from the outside, soft and juicy in the inside. Both sauces complimented the chicken very well. Oh, don't forget the chips fries. One of my favorite as it was hot, crispy and soft inside. Perfectly seasoned as well. Ours was takeaways but they have a small dining area. They also provides complimentary gloves. I suggest that you give them a call first to check if they are open.
March 2024 -nJust got back from a 6 month trip around the North Motū and had to call in to my favorite Korean Fried Chicken takeaway and order some scrumptious, delicious KFC Korean Fried Chicken.nnHave I missed this place, although I did find a couple of other KFC takeaway places around the North Motū, they were few and far between.nnLoved my takeaway, as usual, Top Service, Great Kāi, best place in the North Motū for sure.nnMake sure you call in if your in KapitinnAugust 2023 -nWow, I just swallowed a volcano ......nnBest chicken I have ever had . Will definitely be back. I hope it doesn't change into another business.... last time I was here, it was Macs Fish n Chips.nnThe chicken was well cooked, well seasoned, soft, moist, succulent, and perfect.nnDefinitely recommend you call in and see for yourself. If you like wera then volcano is for you. If you don't, they have other options that will agree with your taste buds.
Based on this burger experience, I cannot recommend.nnBut, to be fair, since the price is also fair, the chicken burger had a decent piece of chicken in it, even if half of it was sprawling outside the burger buns. A good amount of lettuce, but 2 measly pieces of pickled gherkins, processed cheese melted, a splash of dressing, and NOTHING ELSE!!nnI liked the chips, but standard combo adds a canned drink which is so disappointing- last thing our diabetes inflicted society needs is more sugar added to their meal choices.nnI really hope the other parts of the menu are as good as the reviews make out.
