Old Sprite tasted like soda water?! What the heck?nI've been here quite a bit, and every time, they get something wrong.nI would like to have kept up my older review, but this time, it's put it down.nFood has always been okay.nI didn't like that I couldn't change my original piece to wicked wings in my burger meal and had to spend another $8 to get 3 wicked wings... not impressed by that... first time I've come across that and hope that doesn't go to other places!!
Ordered kfc online delivering from the papakura kfc restaurant 3 times. Every time food arrives there’s always items missing, I’ve been hung up on the phone by the manager trying to organise getting the missing items. Absolutely nothing but disrespect, incompetence, extremely poor Customer service from someone who claimed to be the manager. They don’t answer the phone at all, all I want is to 1 Get my missing items and 2 Get a refund if I can’t get the missing items.
I went through Drive thru and ordered a Wicked box, snack lunch and zinger box meal and should have checked my order before leaving but when I got home I checked and didn’t end up getting my wicked box but I just have to say u guys should straight up check the orders before giving it to customers in drive thru cause I felt stink I didn’t get that food that I paid for and ordered js.
Picked up on way home, didn't do drive thru, actually walked in to order.nAs expected, food was still hot when I got home, chips lacked flavor. Hence 4 star. Staff were happy, prompt and what looked like, had alot of energy. One staff member accidently spilt a box of chips handing it to another. Instead of just putting it in the bag, as young ones would do now-a-days, she took that box and refilled it before bagging it. I was amazed. Atmosphere was clean, lit well and pleasing. Highly reccommend as I have been here many times and have barely been let down just yet. I hope not to be, keep up the great work.
