SIMPLE AFTERNOON AT KFC PAPAKURA.nFood was amazingly great 9 out of 10nService drive thru - 7- out of 10nThe lady was abit unorganized.nnBut overall i wont mind visiting this KFC again. nHopefully next time I'll see some changes.
Place was messy, as usual. Food was greasy ASF and barely warm. People are great though and food is decent, if you can't be bothered cooking or can't think of a better alternative.
Always, everytime I go with out a doubt they get something wrong. Staff unfriendly, rude.nDrinks never iced or cold the coating on chicken is so minimal it tastes like a piece of steamed chicken. Latest order 15 min ago. Also left out a coleslaw i specifically added separate. Will go Takanini from now on its only 5min up the road. Papakura KFC is the worst I have been too.
I waited in line for about 30 minutes as I ordered the classic bucket meal. When I got home, the batter of the chicken wasn't golden brown ,it was more light brown and soggy. I was really hungry so I grabbed me three pieces, and as I did, two of the breast pieces was burnt underneath and one of my thigh pieces was undercooked. Dissapointing ,when people have to go get food after long hours of work and I understand that it does get busy but this just doesn't cut it man.
My takeaway was disappointing and definitely did not taste freshly cooked. Chips were dry and the chicken was hard and not fresh.
