They were out of the double down sauce but offered other options to replace it. The wait was a bit long but worth it in the end. And the food was still hot when I got home 15 min drive

After having a couple good experiences in the last 4 weeks, we decided on late lunch early dinner today.nChips were cold with no seasoning BUT the chicken were missing the 11 secret herbs and spices!! Wtf!! We pretty much had cooked chicken in flour.nSaturday nights tend to be a good night, whoever is in charge of that shift, please teach the others.

Crap service. Ordered a pick up 2 hours prior for collection at 5:10pm, it’s now 6:05pm and we are still waiting. A good reminder to go elsewhere. And considering we spent $125 for a dinner, I would’ve expected it to be better service. Sort it out

KFC, appalling experience tonight. I had to wait 50 minutes for a pick up order 2 zinger burgers 2 snack and chips. Had to keep asking when my order is ready they didn’t know and ran away from the front. The big girl at the front doesn’t have proper training and lacked people communication.nALSO ordered 2 lifts which tasted nothing like lift it was just soda water!! Can’t get there drinks right. I’m disappointed and won’t be going back to this KFC EVER! I

I ordered a snack box, 2 pieces of chicken and a zinger burger. Zinger buger was the worst of the lot. The chicken inside was hard and tough, it felt overcooked. The other chicken pieces were also hard. Even though it’s a fast food joint, it takes too long to process your order. KFC Masterton used to be the best in the Wellington region until a couple of months ago. Not sure what changed now but it’s not good anymore.
