I ordered a tower burger but I got different meat. I asked the waiter to change it. The woman at the cash register was rude and only changed the burger but not the meat. I said it wasn't the right meat, but she didn't care and didn't change it.
For context: family meet up for dinner.nThe food was standard yum but there weren't any plates so we used the lids of our coleslaw and p&g.nThe service could've done better to offer us anything else as a plate eg. takeaways boxes, liners - something!nAtmosphere: it's always cold there... not sure if that's the standard but if it was up to me I would have taken the food home to eat.
I waited 10 minutes to be served at the counter. We were number 360. When 376 received their order 35 minutes after I ordered I approached the counter and they told me there was a wait on chicken. We were not informed of this when we ordered and 16 others were served before us. I got a refund and left. Very poor service kfc kaitaia.
Okay Im use to the quick service at KFC outlets, but my family who live here told me due to lack of staff and they have had to close shop as they ran out of food, I just had to experience this for myself.nHopefully someone higher up is able to improve the service, the food was still tasty.
Ordered my meal online along with some work colleagues to be picked up at 6:40pm. Didn’t get all of our orders until 7:36 pm. In-store orders were being processed much faster so if you are dining at this location it would be best to order in-store to avoid the excessive wait.
