Good food usually.nnStaff reasonably frieny, but not remarkably...nnBiggest disappointment is noisey, sometimes drunk patrons.nnAlthough business cant help clients who come, staff dont seem to intervene. Left without purchasing at least once as a result.nnKFC could do with a larger store as often busy and a bit cramped.nnBut, if you need some good KFC, its worth a visit, as its a while before you'll come across the next one in either Invercargill or Dunedin!
Portion-size seems to be smaller than Australian Kfc. But hey it was Delicious nnThe guy who served us was really friendly and helpful.nnWe ordered large fries , hot and spicy boneless chicken and Tower burger. It was juicy ,crispy and tasty .nnPlus point, their bathroom was really clean.nnIt was worth the trip.
The Inconvenience of the lack of items is what really disappointed me this afternoon, travelling from a far to come to get dinner to be told the item you wanted was unavailable at the drive thru, it's unacceptable if it wasn't available atleast make it known on the app for the location that doesnt have a certain meal available or in a notice or something the Inconvenience of the travel to just get there was just not on, Gore kfc do better it's disappointing, and that's why you guys deserve this review to realize that your guys incompetence to actually have a full inventory is unacceptable, we come along way to come get your meals and to find out that something isn't available but online it says it's available is just not on at all, no care or decency to customers that come from afar. Not impressed at all.
After a big long walk around Gore me and my 2 sons made a decision to either have a Mexican meal or kfc so decided on kfc, big mistake.Ordered a bucket of chiken pieces, sat at our table and the chicken pieces was so soggy like it had been steamed and no crisp at all, the only crisp was the chips, awful soggy meal and won't be calling in there again, wished we had the Mexican meal instead.
1 star, went through drive through. Ordered boneless chicken, yes says voice in the box..... get to window.... nope no boneless chicken.nnI wouldnt be so grouchy but this is the 2nd time out of 3 i have driven away without spending a cent.nnDont bother, in my experience there is a 66% chance you wont be able to buy anything.nnWont ever go back, if i dont want chicken ill just drive on by.
