I’ve had the most frustrating trip to Gore kfc ! Couldn’t make girl understand that I wanted 3 pieces of the hot spicy chicken which is advertised on kfc website. She kept telling me you could only get wing and breasts . Said ok it’ll have to be breasts then. Thought she had put it in the bag with the rest of the order but when I got home which is half an hour away it wasn’t there. Won’t be going back there ! Unless they employ people that can understand you.
Took my money happily then when I got to the store told me they couldn't supply my order. If they can't supply the order they should let you know up front instead of taking your money and then conning you.
1 star, went through drive through. Ordered boneless chicken, yes says voice in the box..... get to window.... nope no boneless chicken.nnI wouldnt be so grouchy but this is the 2nd time out of 3 i have driven away without spending a cent.nnDont bother, in my experience there is a 66% chance you wont be able to buy anything.nnWont ever go back, if i dont want chicken ill just drive on by.

Went for drive thru yesterday for a Classic Bucket 10pcs Secret Recipe Chicken and 3 lge Sides. We got our orders and drove 30 mins when we realised it lacked 1 side of caleslaw. The chicken parts were also very small. What a rip off of our money. Maybe we will do in store purchase next time so we can check our orders right there and then, not be hurried off via drive thru.
