rounding out my KFC world tour, I came in late and the service was pretty good there was a bit of comedy from the boys working and they look like they’re having a lot of fun. potato and gravy and chips were excellent but the boneless chicken seemed a bit dry I guess it was just that time of the night.nThey forgot the spoon, but nothing stops me from enjoying my KFC.nnSterling ArnetnKakapo Business Sales

On the 3 of January evening, I try to order our family favourite m, 2 buckets of 20 pack wicked wings but the lady at drive through said she only can sell me one without any explanation, I thought they might sold out it so I changed to other option, but when I drive around to the window I saw there are plenty wings in the kitchen, I don’t understand why. Normally if they say I deem to wait certain time to get the order I will change to other bucket, but this is first time in 30 years that I have been told they only can sell me one without any explanation.

There's an old saying You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig. Guess what, kfc Fairy Springs is a pig. All lipsticked on the outside, but service and chicken sooooooo smallnthe bread roll was bigger.nA 3 piece 1/4 pack is not worth the money for dried up chicken, The staff doing stuff out back were arguing with each other, which could be heard throughout the store.nBefore the so-called store upgrade, the service was bad, and the chicken was... well ..... crap! Nothing has changed . How as a company can you make a profit from bad service and below par chicken.nIn future we will go to other companies that have bigger pieces and better service........

Ordered food. AND GOT IT DELIVERED!! via deliver easy. Wrong order took it back, as they wouldn't answer there phone. Then the guy took what I had and put it back in the warmer. 2 other customers seen this. And we all shook our heads. Shocking service.

In Rotorua for a week, the customer service by the young Māori boy in the drive through was excellent! Best customer service I’ve ever experienced and the food tasted delicious!
