the chicken was dry, flavorless, and so tough it seemed like it had been reheated multiple times. The staff ignore costumers fries were soggy and cold, the gravy was watery and lacking any real flavor, and the service was slow and apathetic. It was clear that no care was taken in preparing the food, leaving me with a meal that was not only inedible but also a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a decent chicken meal to avoid this KFC at all costs.
Food good, but the service was shocking. Rude cashier to all customers, pouting and slamming down drinks. Bathroom toilet and sink also filthy - clearly not cleaned in a long time...
Chicken and fries too salty compared to other KFCs I go to welly and chch. Woman who was at the counter/drive through head set was quite rude when I asked for napkins.
This is the best kfc I’ve ever been to. I made my order, turned around and then it was ready. The chicken was fresh out the fryer it was crazy good. 10/10
Have never had bad kfc from here the few times I've stopped while traveling through. Would probably be one of the best kfc in the country
