KFC Balmoral (Mt Eden)

Please save yourself and don’t buy from his KFC location. Gravy came exploded in the box, only half a cup of gravy left, the potatoes in the gravy were somehow dry? asked for drumsticks but they gave wings after reassuring us 3 times. Chips were soft and soggy as if they were left out for way too long and no seasoning or salt whatsoever. Bread was stiff and dry, oil was leaking through the whole box, damaged chips box and the chicken was not crispy at all. Will not come here ever again and don’t recommend you go either. Service was lacking aswell

Ordered the tower burger ultimate burger meal with hot and spicy chicken with gravy instead of potato and gravynnBurger was terrible well wrong paddie it wasn’t a hash brown it was something else the chicken was hard and inedible.nnChips were perfect and hot and spicy chicken was fresh. Just as well as they were the only things I could eat. How ever my gravy pot was only half filled.

Not finger licking good... it's nauseating!nnThe positive review... the restaurant building is quite stylish. When we came in, the staff is cleaning up the tables and clearing mess by other patrons which was a huge plus. When we sat on our tables, it's clean. The toilet is fairly well kept, another plus for the management.nnThe negative review... it's for the management to consider.nnWhen I order my food, I felt that I was rush to make my order even though I was the only customer in line. The staff handling the counter was impatient and the restaurant was almost empty. I really wonder what is the rush?nnAfter I got my order, my bread was crush and the fries were soft. The soft roll bread was crush because the staff did not use proper cutlery to take out the bread from the plastic bag, rather she tore it with her hand. Even though she did it without touching our bread... it's deformed... if this is how the management has trained her to use this method in serving the customers, the management should seriously consider changes.nnThe chicken though is smaller than usual, when we got it, it was not hot and it seems to have seated in counter for quite a while. It is greasy and the skin no longer is crunchy, and indeed I need to lick the oil off my fingers... not finger licking good... it's nauseating!

COLD FRIESneven though I asked for the cold fries to be replaced by hot fries the young woman only changed one box of fries. I thought she had only changed one box, but when i asked she lied and said she had changed the snack box fries. She did not. Big difference with in the two boxes.nThankfully im just visiting aucks. I'll never go back. Cold fries and dishonest staff. Im so sick of bad customer servicenNo stars

Went to KFC for a treat. Start of the week, assistant staff or manager was polite and took order of $15.00 lunch meals x2 and a snack burger. Eat in, staff mixed orders on the screen and nearly missed our order however manager picked up and corrected his staff. Chips sitting in chip tray warm, mixed with fresh ones you don't realise until you take a bite. Chicken warm holding time? maybe lapsing expiry time but is it ? or given to customers mixed with fresh Product?. If this particular branch is under refurbishment great if not the stores toilets, floors, steps were dirty did not look like it was cleaned. This is not the norm as generally it is better what a shame standards are not up to mark.nAir conditioning on quite cold dining in. People come for the value and of course it's KFC but today's visit was disappointing all round with exception the manager was sociable to the point of giving the receipt and explaining if you ring the number and comment then next visit you will receive free chips and drink. Great PR however the review would be poor you would want to get a good response wouldn't you think, enjoy your workplace and enjoy your standards are consistent.
