Not too happy about the service or the food at KFC Balmoral. We ordered online and got the bucket. Was meant to be 15 pcs but only got 10. Then we called to query and they offered us a voucher for 6pcs and mash & chips. But the quality overall was very disappointing. The customer service as well could have been much better. The chicken also tasted as if it has been fried in oil used over and over. Doubt I'll be going back there anytime soon.
Ordered the tower burger ultimate burger meal with hot and spicy chicken with gravy instead of potato and gravynnBurger was terrible well wrong paddie it wasn’t a hash brown it was something else the chicken was hard and inedible.nnChips were perfect and hot and spicy chicken was fresh. Just as well as they were the only things I could eat. How ever my gravy pot was only half filled.

Pretty standard KFC no complaints about the food or the service, but the width of the drive through could be looked into. Anyone with a slightly longer or wider car, it might be worth parking up and ordering inside.
The wicked wings and nuggets here tasted pretty good! Something about the mash & gravy tasted cardboardy though…
