KFC Balmoral (Mt Eden)

Just now i ate few pieces from secret recipe chicken pieces 10pc which i bought from Balmoral KFC. Totally disappointed with this meal. Very Salty, not fried well and very oily, and some parts taste bitter. Please keep this recipe as a secret, very unsatisfied, i have tried KFC from India,Sri Lanka, Malaysia. This is the worst experience of all time.

Don't go here if you want to be yelled at in the drive through or be against discrimination because you are different colour. Filipino lady has some aggressive attitude towards us in deep voice and very angry.

Not finger licking good... it's nauseating!nnThe positive review... the restaurant building is quite stylish. When we came in, the staff is cleaning up the tables and clearing mess by other patrons which was a huge plus. When we sat on our tables, it's clean. The toilet is fairly well kept, another plus for the management.nnThe negative review... it's for the management to consider.nnWhen I order my food, I felt that I was rush to make my order even though I was the only customer in line. The staff handling the counter was impatient and the restaurant was almost empty. I really wonder what is the rush?nnAfter I got my order, my bread was crush and the fries were soft. The soft roll bread was crush because the staff did not use proper cutlery to take out the bread from the plastic bag, rather she tore it with her hand. Even though she did it without touching our bread... it's deformed... if this is how the management has trained her to use this method in serving the customers, the management should seriously consider changes.nnThe chicken though is smaller than usual, when we got it, it was not hot and it seems to have seated in counter for quite a while. It is greasy and the skin no longer is crunchy, and indeed I need to lick the oil off my fingers... not finger licking good... it's nauseating!

It's been 2 days I have started visiting this place. Yesterday, drive thru person vanished so I have to go inside the store for ordering. The best part they gave me soggy fries. I went back and asked for fresh fries. I submitted my feedback online. I am sure they would have reviewed my feedback. Today 27th Jan I visited again and required not to give soggy fries. This time they didn't add their seasoning on top of my fries. The veg-burger that I ordered was stale. I am assuming that their owner should be unhappy or maybe devastated as he has opened a restaurant with drive thru but it's employees might not be able to understand the reason for this. Special request: if anyone wants to use drive thru please make sure you use it when you're not getting late for work and in case you're in a rush it would be better to go in and order as you'll get the food faster than drive thru.

Really loved coming here. Staff was so amazing to deal with and I so highly recommend you visit here for your KFC appetite.
