Trying hot pot for the first time, it's worth a try, a good experience.nMeat and vegetables were neatly laid out and served, Staff were friendly and helpful. Order 4 different meats and couple of salads/ vegetables initially. If you need more you can order later.nYou can prepare your own dipping sauce at the sauce counter.nBetter to book before you go, there are about 6 parking behind the building.

This place is fantastic! The staff were so incredibly helpful and gave us hotpot newbies some awesome recommendations that we might have missed otherwise, they also made sure we didn’t order more than we could handle!nThe decor is really nice, the environment feels really nice too, and on top of all that, the food is absolutely fantastic?! 10/10 would sacrifice sirloin barbie again! Had such a good time!!!

What a awesome place, Recommended by Foodiestablenz, Excellent service, knowledgeable waiter, great recommendation for harbin beer, vegan options available, highly recommend the pickled Chinese cabbage soup base, with mung beans, enoki, lotus & shredded potato. Also great availability of sauce, herbs, spices to choose from at the self serve station. Great experience overall best of luck with the renovation

Great place to gather with friends and enjoy a delicious Hotpot. A menu with a variety of options, fresh ingredients, great portions, and the soups are simply wonderful. Be sure to order the tomato soup it's the best tomato soup I've ever tried. Clean and organized environment with very attentive staff.

We tried “Hotpot Duke ver.2.0” for the first time, and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, with a great vibe that made us feel right at home. The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful, showcasing the best of what they offer. The service was top-notch — the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They even offer free aprons, mouthwash, hair ties, lighters, and many more things. It’s definitely a spot we’d recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic dining experience!
