everything was fresh and good, the chips were crispy and fresh and the chicken was tasty and not dry. customer service was awesome! guy at the counter who seemed like the manager was very friendly and accomodating! gave us an extra drink for having to wait for our zinger burgers as their was a delay in the kitchen. overall a very nice experience! thanks for that :

Very fast and friendly service. Great chips. But the coleslaw was inedible…very thick, creamy and gluggy. I thought it had gone off but after some research it seems the recipe has been changed which is hugely disappointing.

We went through drive thru last night Easter Monday and we ordered 2x jumbo buckets along with extra 2x large coleslaws aswell as 2x large chips and one 1.5 litre coke.nFirst of all, both the coleslaws were off, which we had to throw away, also 2x Large chips were not received, aswell as one of the large chips in the combo we did not receive either.nI understand it was busy at the time, being Easter Monday, but this does not excuse staff not checking orders thoroughly as this order cost us $172 in total.nI’m not one to complain but this is not the first time this has happened. It is getting to point where service is becoming ridiculous. JnDo better KFC Ashburton

Half the order left out so someone missed out. Chips were cold and not cool properly breab buns were not cooked properly either and coldnOverall a big waste of money and people still hungry

Firstly the staff were exceptionally, helpful, friendly and created the atmosphere at KFC Ashburton tonight. The food was delicious - best we've had in years! Flavoursome, crunchy and not just sloppy grease! Restaurant clean and enjoyable to dine in. Thank you for restoring our love in KFC - leaving with a smile. Keep up the good work!
