Appalling service from woman manager who screams. Don't get this appalling treatment from anywhere else. She is backwards, aggressive and a sicko. Stay away.

Both sharee and grace super helpful in store today. Customer service was second to none. Refreshing to see retail sales staff super passionate about their job. Will shop there time again

Extremely helpful staff and knowledgeable. Store has a good selection of goods. Much discounted too at competetive prices compared to similar outlets.

Good quality. I've got pairs of socks I bought 5 years ago and still in good condition. I have a backpack that I bought and used. My eldest son used it. My daughter used it. Then my younger son used it. Then I used it for sometime and still it hasn't been broken anywhere. So tough.

Good quality products - but you'll pay for what you get. Not the cheapest, but if you can open your wallet you'll get products that will last.

Kathmandu Knox is pleasant to shop at and have a bigger selection too compared to some of the others in the city and Eastland

Great place to find specific items but they are a bit pricey. The staff have fantastic customer service and were very helpful and friendly, they tried to offer suggestions when they didn't have my size in a pair of shoes. The store has plenty of room to navigate when you are in a wheelchair which is rare and fantastic.
