If I could give this 10 stars I would!nRon & Lesley are the loveliest, most wonderful and accommodating hosts we’ve ever had. They’ve created such a beautiful space with the most gorgeous outlook. They upgraded us as we required an ensuite and went out of their way to make sure we had everything during our stay.nnThe place is so warm and cosy and has such a lovely energy. There’s nothing like waking up to that view every morning with the sun beaming in.nnWish we could have stayed longer but we’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much Lesley & Ron, we loved it there!

Ron and Leslie are always very welcoming, supportive and warm-hearted to guests. Rooms are extremely clean and very well decorated with high taste. Will definitely to recommend to others who will be visiting Rotorua next time. Thanks very much for Ron and Leslie’s nice and sunny host.

Great location in a close-in neighborhood away from the rush of the CBD. Very welcoming and knowledgeable hosts. The continental breakfast is very well done and your coffee choice is made to order. Facilities are all spotless. Some of the rooms selections have a private bathroom down the hall from your bedroom but you actually feel like the entire house is all your own. Great views from some of the rooms and from a shared patio off the living area. Best view of all from one of the bathroom windows.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed!! Absolutely loved the gorgeous decor and all the finer details and the amazing views. Ron and Lesley were the most fantastic hosts, they accommodated us last minute which we were so grateful for. They gave us lots of advice on the best places to go and even got my washing in and folded it as it started to spit when we were out. Would definitely recommend to all and will be back .

Ron and Lesley were absolutely fantastic guests who were quite knowledgeable about the area, providing great dining and activity suggestions. The room was immaculate, as was the view and breakfast provided. Ron and Lesley gave beyond amazing service towards my partner and I and will happily stay here again on another visit.
