The stay was simply wonderful.nThe unit itself is spacious and comfortable.nDave and Shemi are truly lovely and do everything to make the stay enjoyable.nThey offer great advice for trips in the area.nPerfectly located.

Had a fantastic solo stay, with great conversations with Dave a veritable fountain of knowledge about all that Rotorua has to offer, a delicious and varied breakfast, and a lovely room with all you could ever need, including one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Bella and Antonio, the 2 tabby cats were an absolute delight. The view of Lake Rotorua was the crowning glory of course! I am already looking forward to my next stay.

We had a great one night stay at Geyser Lookout. Dave was a great host and made us feel very much at home - great recommendations for the area that were very much appreciated. Excellent breakfast included - very fresh with a great charcuterie board. Beautiful views from the house and garden down into Rotorua. This charming B&B just outside Rotorua is truly a hidden gem! The rooms are spacious and equipped with every amenity you could need including universal power sockets, USB and lightning, and the view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. Guests can also enjoy a lovely shared lounge on the top floor, perfect for unwinding and taking in the surroundings. The homemade breakfast, prepared with care by the wonderful hosts, surpasses anything you’d find at most hotels, it’s an absolute highlight!nnOne helpful note for future visitors: we noticed an unusual smell at first and thought it was an issue with the bathroom. However, it turned out to be the distinct sulfur scent from the nearby geothermal sources…nnWe would not hesitate to come back again when we’re in the area!

Wonderful BnB with a great customer experience. This BnB strikes a perfect balance between a comfortable home like environment and the privacy and professionalism needed in guest accommodation. Location is in a nice central residential spot and a great base from which to explore the local area.nnRooms are well appointed with good access to guest amenities like a kitchenette, house also features some friendly pets and a large beautiful garden to sit in.nnHost is friendly and professional with a good sense of when to jump in with friendly conversation, or leave you to relax on your own.nnHighlight of the stay is the wonderful shared breakfast, with an amazing spread of breads, cereals, cheeses ect. Host is also wonderfully accommodating making fresh coffees to order and able to adjust breakfast offerings to suit Vegan, Vegetarian and other dietaries.nnA wonderful stay I would highly recommend!
