Walk to town. Like a motel. Kitchen bathrm and bedrooms all clean and well kept. Comfy day lounge by log fire and spacious TV lounge. Friendly host and family. We recommend.

Best place in Hanmer to stay for value for money! Fantastic hosts
For a hostel, I give it 5 stars. Okay, so it's not as flash as the Heritage, but for a hostel, it's pretty good. Clean, tidy, with friendly staff. We had the Double Ensuite. Nice, simple room at a good price.
