Great price, very clean and tidy, fairly quiet. Well stocked kitchen, good sized TV lounge. The bed was a little soft for us in our 40s but that was the only thing. Mix of mainly young but families and oldies too. We'd stay there again

We stayed in a comfortable double room with private ensuite. Everything was impeccably clean and well organised kitchen. Cozy fireplace in the communal lounge. Great location for a quick stroll to Hamner Springs pools.
