I will give you advice, create plans for your exercise, help you achieve goals, discuss nutrition, support and guide you in your health and fitness journey. My background is running, and I specialize in exercise for pregnant women, mums, and women. I can teach you how to get the benefits of exercise at home, and be there for any support you will require. I am also currently doing a bootcamp weekly for friends and family. My crew are loving these sessions, and are doing a fantastic job at pushing themselves to achieve their goals. I am so proud of you all!!
