Working in the medical profession as an MRI technician, Jo Bourke recognised the need for individuals to become and then maintain general health and fitness in order to live a happy and sustainable life.
Having already achieved her Masters in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Imaging Technology), Jo undertook a New Zealand fitness course to become a qualified PT.
Now based on a dairy farm in Culverden, Jo is excited to work with individuals in her local community and help encourage, motivate and support them in their journey of health and fitness.
