I used to be a member of inferno but had to leave as I moved away, I loved going, always such an awesome environment with everyone not just the coaches pushing you and encouraging you to do your best! I recently was able to jump in on a RAW class while in town visiting family and loved it!! Such a good atmosphere, an awesome group of people and wicked coaches! I am no where near my physical peak due to having my son but that didn’t matter! Thanks Dan and the team!
If you want to see results, then Inferno is definitely the place to go. Small class sizes, with expert instructors who push you in ways you didn't think were possible. Dan and the team will tailour everything to your current level and will make sure that you continue to make progress every lesson. It's an extremely friendly, social and supportive environment. Way more so than any gym I've been to. Inferno provides you with the tools to increase your strength and cut down body fat, and IT WORKS! If you had told me 6 months ago that I would be performing Olympic Lifts, I would have laughed. Hell, I didn't even know what an Olympic lift was, let alone do one. Girls CAN LIFT, and shouldn't be scared of doing so. If you want to look the best you've ever looked whilst making some great friends, then join this club.
I've been a member of so many gyms and always get bored within about 4-6 months. I've been with Inferno for over a year now and still as excited about going as the first day. Always pushing me to my limits, supportive and encouraging instructors and always walk out feeling fantastic.
