Jerry was very knowledgeable and gave sound advice regarding a number of different policy options, whilst taking into our account our personal situation - it definitely wasn't "generic" advice. I'd previously used another Financial Adviser in the past not Haven, who I initially approached in regards to our latest lot of work, but the advice was so generic I decided to approach Jerry instead and I am so glad I did. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Phil Wong from Haven Financial Advisers. He got me a cheaper deal with the same benefits, even when my current life insurance company said it was not possible!!. Kym and the Haven team have been fantastic to work with. Very helpful in getting a good balance between our insurance coverages and premiums across multiple trusted insurance providers. The use of virtual calls provided flexibility in scheduling appointments and even then, Kym made sure we got the timings right so we wouldn’t experience any delay in getting our policies sorted.
I am now a Haven customer for life because I had Scott as an adviser. He is a great adviser, down to earth, honest and really listens and tailors his advice to your individual situation. He takes the time to explain things if you need it and makes sure you understand all the jargon. I recommend Scott highly to everyone I know.

Richard smart has been our broker for many years now. He has been unbelievable, above and beyond and very accommodating! Nothings ever a problem. He got us cover that our old company couldn’t. The service we receive from Phil is simply 10/10. From helping us understand what we are covered for to ensuring we have the best cover, not only for us, but for our boys as well. Always responds to my a million questions or requests so promptly. Our last meeting we discussed our kiwisavers and further investment opportunities which was something we were looking for, but did not know where to start. Phil made this super easy.
