After a viewing and me saying I really liked the property and was interested, I was told I could put in a backup offer on the property and that I had at least 4 days to make a decision but then after two days I found out that Jacqui had gone over me and taken another offer without even contacting me. I am very disappointed.

Stephen's experience and advice were invaluable. He is prepared to listen and is practical. Nothing seems to be a problem for him, and he will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.
