I wish there was a negative star rating. We have been going here since the store opened 5 years ago. And it’s been good until about 2 months ago when the girl with the long nails returned. Not sure if this is “Angel” or not but the customer service is utter rubbish. Accusations of not paying, not listening to customers when dangerous scissors are on the counter, walking off and getting customers to pay before loyalty cards can be scanned.. the list goes on. Not to mention the coffee has been tasting like dish water lately. Such a shame it’s not how it used to be. Happy for management to contact me.

I went last week to get a Mocha and it was the worst Mocha coffee I have ever tested by an Indian girl with long nails. However, her customer service was even worse. Also, having such long nails of her also questions cafe's food Hygiene standards. Definitely not recommended.

Coffee was awesome. Food was average, nothing special. Girls are lovely and very welcoming.

Awful. I stole McDs WiFi just to leave this review. Ciabatta had barely any filling and tasted like cardboard. The avocado salsa with the corn fritters was brown - it must have been sitting there days. Girlfriends banana bread had a chunk of eggshell in it the size of my thumbnail. But on the bright side we're pleased it wasn't glass. Waitress promised to bring over some hot water to dilute the americano actually just a single shot in the bottom of a mug but she never returned. Forty bucks I should have flushed down the crapper. Unbelievable.
