Attuned Self is a Mindful Wellness venture developed in the wake of NZ's Lockdown from Covid-19, in the hands of Paula Melville (formally Integral Massage Therapy Est 2008) when she became aware of how many people were craving human touch, longing to hug their family and friends. Since entering Level 2 and Level 1, there has been a huge upsurge in people seeking massage therapy, not for injuries or pain, but for connection.
As a result, Paula felt drawn back to healing massage, incorporating Reiki into sessions when asked.
Attuned Self is currently based out of the Birkdale Community Centre, by appointment only, specialising in Nurturing, Healing, Restorative Massage.
