I've been here more in the last year than any other crystal shop!! the staff are extremely lovely and helpful. they always leave me wanting to come back!
Very very poor service! The old lady at the shop is very rude. Accused me for shop lifting because I had my hands in my pockets. If it makes u uncomfertable then put up a sign at the door. Dnt need to be so rude and agressive. There a many more crystal shops in this city, il go spend my money where the crystal shine brighter!!!
Honestly the best shop in Christchurch!!! Lovely staff that are happy to help and so much boho stuff and such good prices. LOVE THIS SHOP

Went in today at 430pm, shop doesn't close till 530pm and when I entered the lady there was rude, she just blankly asked me what the time was, to which she didnt say anything and continued cleaning. There was no music on and was eerily quiet until she decided she would vacuum whilst we were looking around. When we usually go in it's great especially when Robyn and the owner is on, however this experience was terrible, we ended up leaving pretty quickly without even looking around like usual, really dissatisfied with this staff members' demeanor and attitude towards customers, usually 5/5 but this time 1/5
Visited on Xmas season last year, not really friendly staffs, not a greeting or attempt to show any welcoming gesture, even while paying, the lady was pulling a long face. BUT at the same time, she was talking happily to other staffs/ friends next to counter, so what kind of service attitude? Anyway I must be honest that the shop has abundance of cool stuffs. Just personally won't visit again since not feeling welcomed at all. discover this crystal pendant while cleaning old stuffs then just reminded that forgot to write a review of a bad experience
Love this shop! Excellent service, wide range of products with great prices. If you're a crystal lover then this is a place you must visit.
This place was also in akaroa, they recommended this shop as its closer to me.Popped in here for a 80th birthday present , very affordable. I was able to get earrings, a necklace and bracelet for $30. Such a wide range available.The lady was very helpful and I would definitely come back here again
Very helpful staff and alot of stock fair prices.
Always a great place to go, from crystals to incense, spiritual and informational books, salt lamps and chimes the list goes on. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always worth the chat. You can even order the odd thing in if they don't have it like books. Make sure you go when you have time as there is lots to see.
