Super friendly staffs! Lovely environment, highly recommended as it is clean, tidy and bright, even the toilets. Love their bouncing area which is my daughter’s favourite. We really really enjoy the time here, hence we basically comes once or twice per week. Reasonable pricing for kids ice cream, only $ 3 for a scoop, photos attached. Also, they are offering CHA bubble tea and fried chickenrecommended to try. Thank you for lovely services and experience!

Amazing experience for the kids and the kids at heart! There's so much activities on this play area, make sure you have all the energy you've got especially if you have little ones less than 5 years old. Needs improvement on: Lighting on the back area -- kinda dark, so hard to keep track of the kids when they're on the back part. Flimsy chairs on the cafe -- when my kids tried to go down the chair or grab something on the table, these keeps on falling down, maybe needed some grip on the floor or change them into more stable base. Cafe -- wouldn't know if the order was yours or not, so hold on to your receipt or watch out the counter if some food's ready to be picked up. Overall experience: Stunningly clean play area! I was also impressed with how well-lit their toilet area is, clean and stylish. They also have a breastfeeding corner! Two thumbs up! Will definitely be back!!! Tips: Parking is almost full at 11am so make sure come before 10am!
The 5 kids had a blast for 3 hours, ages 13, 11, 9, 6 and 4. Weren't planning on eating but when we did the food was quick, tasty and good value. Adults had a few coffees which were great tasting and hot. Playground, eating area and toilets were clean and tidy.
A nice and big playground with plenty of equipments for the children to play around. Plenty fun activities to do here and the staff are very kind and helpful. The playground is modern and is kept clean including the toilets. My niece enjoyed the trampoline area and the food there was really great. Excellent experience overall!
It is an excellent place. I often take my boy to play here, which he likes very much. The staff are friendly, with lovely bubble tea. Remember to wear socks for your kids; otherwise, you’ll have to buy a new pair of socks at reception before they can enter the playground area. Parents need to wear socks too.
Pretty decent indoor play area. We went during school holidays, wasn't too busy but the toilets were very dirty, wet floors and messy. The dining area is crowded as tables are too close together. The bubble tea we got was also not great. The back of the play area is dark, not enough lighting as other reviews stated. Also, you can see a lot of lost balls and some trash dumped in the back behind the netting. Quite unsightly for me. Decent playground aside from those downsides and fairly priced compared to other play spaces. Would go again, but would hope they've tidied up a bit and fixed the lighting issue. Your kids don't notice these things though so I suppose they don't care lol
Staff should never be allowed to touch anyone’s child! I was told the trampoline area was closed off for maintenance? But we were still charged full price? My 4 year old daughter ran in while we were grabbing our table and putting our bags down, she ran into the tramp area it wasn’t closed off so my 16 year old went in to grab her but the angry Asian lady told him no? and she pulled my daughter from her hand lifting her whole body out with the arm that just healed from being broken a week before, Lifted her from the deep blocks at the the bottom of the tramp! A lot of kids went in there later because it was still open for any child to go inside. The screen in the ball pit wasn’t turned on and the ball pit machine suction wasn’t working either? Toilets were disgusting! And the angry Asian lady needs to stop being so grumpy! I did not want to ruin my kids day out so I didn’t cause a fuss, but She needs to be fired. If your staff are tired do not let them be grumpy around children. Don’t be fooled by the photos, This place is old and dirty then it looks online.
We had our Daughter's Fun play date here on Sunday 13th Nov, it was a very special day for our daughter our family n our friends, total of 50+ people. We want to say Thank you so so much to Manager Vincent for being so accommodating, staff Irish & Kimmy you guys helped make it more special with your cheerful n kind service. We ordered so much food n drinks and everyone enjoyed it, food was hot n fresh n on time. Thank you so much guys n mostly Vincent for last minute arrangements to assist our family, I would highly recommend your celebrations for kids here, it's so clean n so kids n adults friendly. Excellent indoor space for kids to enjoy if you can’t go outside for whatever reason. It is reasonably large, lots of activities, equipment here is very nice and new. There is decent sized area for parents to sit and watch and free WIFI which is kind of a bonus. Kids have to buy tickets but accompanying adults can go in for free! Check their website for prices.
