Inner Ecology

I have been heading to Inner Ecology for almost a year and have had many sessions. I have been thrilled and surprised at the ongoing benefits and positive results of continuous sessions. The physical improvements I have noticed are I am less bloated, my acne has cleared up, and my skin colour is back. The way I feel has been the most significant change for me, my energy has improved, and I feel CLEAN!! I thoroughly recommend not only trying Colon Hydrotherapy at Inner Ecology, I recommend sessions long term, one cleanse is not enough. Nancy has created a beautiful environment where you will feel comfortable and supported in your sessions, her knowledge is profound and has helped me improve my quality of life and no doubt my life span. I knew I needed to do something different and drastic after years of struggling with low immunity and severe chronic fatigue - all likely due to leaky gut, as I also have several food sensitivities. I first heard about colon hydrotherapy from my sister, who experienced it at Inner Ecology, and wondered if this was the answer to my health issues. I decided to try it - you don't know something till you try it yourself. When I first met Nancy, I felt straightaway completely at ease, she was so genuinely interested in me and shared so much about her own health journey, it was just like old friends chatting over a cup of tea. She is full of knowledge and could answer all my many questions. The procedure itself, after initially experiencing a few cramps was totally comfortable, the hot water bottle on my lower abdomen very soothing and seeing what comes out of you on the poo TV quite intriguing. I liked the idea of cleaning myself from the inside out. So, I booked in for 10 sessions and completed the sessions within 30 days. I had the best of both worlds, having Emma on the Thursdays and Nancy on the Fridays. I'm not going to lie, it was a real commitment, as I had to travel one and a half hours to get there. But I was determined and I found myself looking forward to my next appointment. Most of the time I had a support person with me which was greatly appreciated. I finished off the last 2 sessions with doing the liver and gallbladder flush. Wow, that was really something, seeing so many gallstones and liver stones being passed which Nancy harvested for me! I feel generally so much better already, coupled with a very healthy diet of foods I can tolerate. I did experience a 'healing crisis', the detox effect as Nancy explained to me. This is not the end of my health journey and I plan to do the liver and gallbladder flush every 4 weeks together with the colon irrigations the day of and the day after the flush, till I don't pass any more stones. I also borrowed some books from Nancy which greatly helped my understanding of the body and the treatments, mainly in relation to the colon, liver, gallbladder and the toxic world we live in. If you are thinking about doing colon hydrotherapy, you are in good hands and you won't be disappointed.
