They really looked after me on the day I had to have my Isuzu Dmax serviced. Even when they didn't have a loan car at short notice, they dropped me back at home which was fantastic. They even offered to pick me up again when my ute was ready. Great service that is rare these days.
Recently bought two cars from the Ingham Hyundai dealership and it was one of the best decisions in my life.nnBoth cars were sold by Drew Gordon and Chantelle Little, they are such loveliest and kindest, professional people ever I met.nnThey exactly know what they doing and about their job, always have open minds to talk and discuss with customers, very welcoming all the time.nnFrom the reception, we could see a huge smile from both lovely receptionists, and all the salespeople greeting us with full happiness, got a lot of advice from service manager Shaun Lawrence, we also got helped by Business manager Liezel Jooste, Marketing manager Sheryl Rogerson too.nThey are working as a family and they have a very high level of standard to show people how a real team works.nnI can say, I'm not an easygoing person especially when I try to buy a car but at this time, I totally melted like ice cream and got hugely impressed by them.nnI want to say huge thanks to Sales consultant Drew Gordon, he spent a lot of time with us and gave much help, showing us his unlimited patience to choose the right one for us.nnEnglish is not my mother language so it's really hard to describe how we feel so thankful to them but if you are reading this as a customer who considering buying a car from them, You don't need to worry about that, just go to their shop and get a nice hot coffee which is free and talk with them like a real friend. they will try their best to get you the right car.nnOnce again, Much appreciate it to all Ingham Hyundai team and I will see you in the next business for sure.
The experience was good and exact... quotes for choices were given for different aspects of work and I was able to make sound decisions, I appreciated the fact my tires were cleaned and shined up as an extra
No complaints about the service, I was early and courtesy car was ready for me. What was done to my car for its service was exceptional, really happy with it. Cost was reasonable. But 1 thing I was disappointed in, even though it had nothing to do with Service was the Car Wash. Someone had washed at the car, so much was missed. You couldn't notice it while sitting out in the sun, but as soon as I parked it in my shed it hit me. It looked terrible. Someone needs to be shown how to wash a car, not wash at it.
Can't recommend this dealership enough! From our initial enquiry, to test driving, to arranging the purchase and pick up, our experience was quality and stress free. Special thanks to Cameron for great customer service!
