Very bad experience, I went there and there was guy in uniform was inside the car but didn't step out to serve me as I saw couple of cars by myself. The office door was also locked and apart from this guy there was no one. Tried to call but no response. I think they should at least say hi and greet when someone in your shop/yard. Better to buy from somewhere else.
They were not honest and sold me the car without headlightsnnWhen you discussed this, they said it was a mistake and that they were going to fix itnnAfter that, they sent me to the repair garage and refused to pay the amount duennAnd I paid the amount from me.
Except the person Noel, This place is a joke. They sell you the faulty cars with serious issues. Their customer care team so worse that your car get stuck at a mechanic shop for weeks as they don't respond to get it fixed.nnNo wonder why their company name is cheap or the prices just because their service is also cheap
Noel was awesome to deal with. We pulled into the lot with a car in mind and had it all sorted and back home before the end of the day. This was especially appreciated as we needed the car to head back to Auckland for the night.nnHighly recommended
I just bought a car from Noel who was very helpful. I’m not originally from this country and Noel was very patient and walked me through everything that was different from buying a car in America. I wasn’t able to finalize the deal on the day we planned and Noel was very patient and accommodating. We plan on getting our second car from Noel in the future.
