Had an issue with my Toyota Aqua Hybrid, emailed them and they got in touch for me to bring it in. The said to drop off at 7.30am and when I got there, there was about 10 people dropping cars off too. They had a great routine going,, 3 people with clipboards, taking a person each, getting details, then a guy comes and moves the car, move on to the next . You were not kept waiting for ages, so good!! The people I dealt with were so friendly and explained everything and costs of the initial check right up front. A couple hours later get an indepth email about what was found and related costs BEFORE going ahead. When I agreed the car was started and finished the next day. On collection they explained everything in full what as done in plain non mechanic talk!! Great first experience with them..Oh and got a free clean inside and out on the car, so had a new car feel. Loved that.
