The taste is amazing to try. The chicken was soft, tender and perfectly cooked. It took bit long time to come but it was worth it. It has good ambience as well.
I recently visited Indian Roots with my family, and it was an amazing experience. The interior is beautifully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. The food was phenomenal—each dish was bursting with flavor, perfectly balanced, and made with high-quality ingredients. The service was exceptional as well; the staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. This was definitely one of the best dining experiences I've had, and I highly recommend Indian Roots for outstanding food, excellent service, and a unique ambiance. We'll definitely be back!
My partner and I love this place. We are newish to Halswell and within the first 3 weeks we visited 3 times! It's beautiful curry. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. It's been a couple months since we've last visited, and we've been meaning to come back! but we think this has to be one of the best Indian restaurants in Christchurch.
We went for my husband's birthday dinner. Absolutely loved the staff and service. Food was great. Goat biryani was very nice. Many thanks for introducing us to the sizzler's which no doubt took me home .nBest food so far .nWe will definitely visit over and over again just for those Roots Sizzler
Nice and clean restaurant, good ambiance, and good bollywood music, which was very relaxing. I was here for lunch and it took a long time for the food to arrive even when I was the only dine in customer. Food was good. I will still recommend and will visit again if I get the opportunity.
