I went there to get a calming oil massage for my birthday, for the price of $188.nI arrived 15min prior to the session as they recommended in the confirmatiom email. There was no parking available and the street parking slots were full, so it took me more than 15min to find parking and come back and I was already stressed of being late and had to rush for the appointment.nThe ambiance inside the location is serene, calm, cozy and the staff were friendly.nThe massage room was nicely presented, unfortunately had an unpleasant smell like rancid oil, I really didn't like the smell. Also, so many plastic plants in every place/ corner, I totally dislike plastic flower arrangements, makes a place feel cheaper/kitch.nThe massage itself was very nice, specially on my back, but I felt the staff lost their stamina while massaging the legs, was more like a rub and there was no feet massage involvednThe staff was nice and attentive but I felt I was not totally understood while talking, their English could be better.nWarm, hot towels were offered and a green tea + rice biscuit snack was offered at the end. Nice touch by adding a small origami to the snack plate.nAs it was my birthday at the time of the booking they mentioned I shall receive a complimentary gift. I got the gift only after I asked for it when I was about to leave, I felt uncomfortable to ask, I wish it was offered by the staff without need of asking. The gift was nice and useful.nOverall, not a bad experience, but also not excellent as you may expect.nDidn't convinced me to want to come back.

My friend & I booked together - we both had enzyme spa & my treatment after was hanakasumi. You leave your shoes & change into hotel-like slippers before entering the spa itself. Excellent service throughout - we were served tea & water when we arrived, after enzyme spa, and after our treatments. The enzyme spa is spacious & so unique - it gets quite warm when you’re in it, you will sweat! And they do a head/scalp massage and place cool towels over your eyes. Disposable undergarments, towels, and robe are provided. The enzyme spa area has shower with bath gel & shampoo. The interiors are soothing & dim lighting gives relax vibes. Enjoyed our treatments - you can choose to be in single massage rooms or together in bigger one. Clean, sanitary, and they look after you well. We never felt rushed - after enzyme spa they had us drink tea & water and relax for about 10mins before starting treatments. It was also nice to sit in the central waiting area with soft couches & sip our tea when we first came in & just before we left. Highly recommend!

You can visit this lovely spa in Takapuna North Shore. I had a great experience with their massage, sauna, and enzyme spa. I adore the ambiance there. As soon as you walk in, the place has a calm & beautiful atmosphere.nThis is one of my favorite spas in Auckland.

Couples scrub, massage and facial 90mins.nI was greeted with a smile and a friendly face. Slippers were provided on entry, loved how they had them branded.nWe were taken to a comfy shared lounge area and were offered tea and water.nThe space is huge, the outside of the facility doesn't do it justice. Bathrooms were glorious, hair dryers huge mirrored area, this alone makes you feel pampered.nMassage tables were generous and had a comfortable face cut out. The staff were discreet and professional while working.nI personally found the back scrub below average and kind of terrible. The scrub aspect was very minimal and I didn't feel like it did anything, the room was slightly on the cold side and having a wet back was frankly uncomfortable. I would not recommend going for this.nThe massage was relieving and the therapist had a good feel for what needed work and when to adjust the pressure.nFacial, I found the products really nice on my skin and felt glowing afterwards.nI would most definitely love to go again but will not be getting a back scrub.
