Junior All Black and Division 1 & 2 Rugby Club
Huia Rugby Club was founded in 1901 and been a prominent sporting club in the Motueka and surrounding community; fielding rugby teams in most grades from U6 (midgets) to Division One (Senior A),including multiple netball teams.
Huia continues to field Senior and Junior teams in rugby and netball. In recent times we have experienced good growth in our junior levels. Our aim is to maintain a pathway which provides a natural progression for our Motueka High School students when they leave school.
