All the staff are very helpful and are clearly very passionate about the hobby. The customer service has been amazing every time I’ve gone and the staff patiently listen to my beginner questions and give me solid advice.

These people love what they sell and knowledge is outstanding even for the young ladies that work in there. They were very busy and still lovely and patient with all newbie fish owner questions my daughter had for them.

The older staff are extremely surly and rude. The younger staff provide much better service. I tried to call ten times, they do not answer the phone. Best range of fish I have seen however.

This is the only place you should buy from. They are passionate and very knowledgeable. We travel a lot way to get what we need as they have limited stores but it is so worth it. This place gets me excited every visit

Always such helpful people, never hesitating to have long and honest chats. Wish they had a shop in Tauranga and then I’d do all my shopping with them!
