Wow, wow and wow. What an amazing facility. Have been twice in the past few weeks with our camper in a powered site along with our dog.nnA major overhaul 7 years ago and the place is still like new. It's obvious there is a serious amount of pride taken in this place from the owner through to the dedicated cleaners, many of which have been here since the upgrade.nnCan't recommend this place enough. All the facilities you could need and more. Had a spy into one of the cabins which was immaculately presented.nnOnly a short walk into Hoki's town centre or beach.nnI would recommend booking ahead as this is a popular holiday park but definitely worth it.
We've had very varied experiences with the Holiday Parks across the country, including the chains. But this Kiwi Holiday Park was fantastic! Very new, clean, well-run. We had towels in our 'basic cabin', which is always appreciated. The kitchen was really well-stocked, although it could've used a dash more fridge-space. The playground, playroom, and other outside games made it clear this place is perfect geared towards families.nThe bathrooms were clean and big enough so you never had to wait. The laundry facilities were the usual, but the park provides clotheslines and pegs.nnThe location is quiet despite planes flying quite low overhead, but not easily walkable for little kids to the beach side. But we never had trouble parking there, so that wasn't a problem either.

The facilities are amazing!nnSome of our highlights we had a powered site with a caravan and 3 under 3!nn- Playground, fully fenced, safe, clean, welcomingn- Toilets/showers, FAMILY ROOM!!!! WOW so much easier to wash the kids than ferrying them one by one to the showers. Thank you for that! Very clean, great pressure and hot water at no extra cost!n- Fully set up kitchen with the basics you need!n- Sites had water and power super close!nnWe will be back!!!!! Regretting we couldn’t stay longer! Until next time :
We booked a powered site for one day/night in Jan 26. The site was very spacious, even for a 8m RV. Toilets/showers were clean and dry. Camp kitchen were also spotless. Not sure how old this park is but it presents very new. We were impressed with how clean and tidy it was. The only thing I would like added is possibly a baby change table in the family room, to aid with changing the baby after a shower. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We loved our stay. Clean, tidy and friendly helpful staff. We had everything we could need and when asked if there was a fan, not a problem there was. Shower great. Cool place for families too. Nice and safe.nThankyou!!!
